On September 26, 2024, after my usual 12:50 pm class, I placed an order as I normally do. While waiting for my meal and drink, I encountered an employee with an unprofessional attitude. Though I didn’t catch her name, she was wearing a black-and-white bandana and working in food prep at the time. She proceeded to say, "I’m going to make you taste the spice," and added nearly an entire bottle to my wrap. She also made other vulgar remarks, while another employee, who was laughing and encouraging the behavior, found it amusing. When I received my wrap, I calmly confronted them, explaining that I had witnessed everything. Her apology felt insincere, more out of guilt than remorse. There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME i order here. Their lattes and cappuccinos are milk with a dash of coffee, sometimes even adding an extra shot doesn’t help. Their workers need to at least clip their hair up if not wear a hair net bc my friend found a hair IN HER COFFEE. I ordered one single shot of espresso for “order ahead” and watched everyone in line get their order while I received mine after 20 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. I come here all the time because of it is convenient because of classes and I can mobile order. But at this point I would rather go waiting in line at Starbucks for legit 1/3 of the time it takes them. Don’t bother mobile ordering because the app doesn’t give an accurate time for when it’s ready. They always mess up the order and always have a line.
