The food was horrible I didn't even eat mine I sent it back I ordered the Ribeye Steak with baby Bella mushrooms and sautéed shrimp the Steak was way over cooked it was like shoe leather the mushrooms were sautéed in grease instead of butter and they were also greasy and over cooked and the Shrimp was also cooked in grease and over cooked as well my husband and our friends food was over cooked but they chose to eat theirs tell me who over cooks chicken tenders they were hard and dried out if he didn't have sauce he wouldn't have been able to eat them now granted the wings that we got as an appetizer were good because of the sauce the only issue was they looked like they came from a pigeon that's how small they were unfortunately I didn't get a picture of my food and the only reason I didn't rate the service better is because our server was so busy we had to ask for napkins and silverware and the worse part of this is you would think that the Manager would come and apologize for the food being a problem he never came to our table and said one thing he didn't ask was there anything he could do if I wanted anything else or even to say he was sorry he was a poor excuse of a Manager he needs to be retrained

Came to Ruby Tuesday’s today 3/3/23 and usually I have a good experience when I come here, but today I wasn’t pleased at all!! I had to seat myself at the bar because nobody came to great me after waiting for 2 minutes!!! Today we ordered 2 drinks, 2 orders of wings and 1 mozzarella sticks and 1 order of onion rings!! Now usually when I get onion rings they are a substantial size! Today they served me 6 onion rings the size of a dime and expected me to pay for that. When I mentioned it to the waitress her response was I’m just the middle man. She then asked if I wanted a different order which I responded yes! She then came back with the same 6 dime sized onion rings with an additional 5 more dime size added to what was supposedly changed!! Was extremely disappointed in the restaurant!! Your serving dime sized onion rings for $9.99!!! A complete rip off! Then to add an additional $9.99 because you gave me 5 more dime sized onion rings!!!! I’m soo furious and beyond disappointed!! This is my go to when I’m just trying to have a quick bite to eat. I hope they really correct there error and for the future not try to cheat customers in paying for something that’s not worth the price!!

He never once opened the Cash registered, perhaps it was broken, i dont know. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Yes it may not be my business but it looks fishy. So, I don't know, maybe I am seen things, but not what i am use to.

I went to get some food and a drink after a long 13 hour work day, I sat at the bar. A guy with dreadlocks took my order, he never smiled just took my order...so I thought ok he's had a long day like me who cares. I got the blackened tilapia with rice and zucchini. The food tasted like it had been reheated and cooked a day or two ago. The zucchini tasted like it had been cooked in really really old reused oil, I actually discreety spit it out in a napkin. I was going to continue eating just the fish and rice though the rice tasted reheated, but then I felt a very thin fish bone get stuck on the top of my mouth, so I tried not to swallow and spit that out too. I told the guy with dreadlocks that there was a bone in fish and put the plate away from so he could take it. He didnt say anything and quickly went back to the back and I guess he told the manager which was nice of him to do so then he came back and said that he told the manager and if I wanted something else. I was hungry but not that hungry since the food had tasted kind bad I thought maybe everything else would taste reheated and old...so I said thank you let me think about it while I kept drinking my beer. I was the only female at the bar among like 7 other guys. I still want something to eat so I asked the same guy softly if there was something I could order that they normally cook up right away and not just reheat. I get it big chain restaurants reheat all the time not a big deal as long as it takes okay. He answered in a very annoyed way that they cook all their stuff right then...which of course is not true unless you're at a high end place. Things got awkward then and he seemed upset and annoyed. So he went to the back again. Then some moments later a guy came by who said was the manager and he was super polite and very respectful and apologized for the food and offered me a desert (which I declined because I'm not a big dessert person), I thanked him and he said to let him know if I needed anything else and he took off the food and beer so I ended up owing nothing (which I was not expecting), but I had planned to leave a tip still. However the guy with the long dreadlocks still looked a bit pissed and since I was right in front of him when the manager left, I heard him mumble "how long you gonna sit there"....it was so awkward and weird....I don't know if that comment was directed at me or someone else...who cares....it was still immature and awkward. Glad I don't live in the area, I was there cause my hotel was nearby and I wanted to relax with a beer and have some food since I hadn't had time for a...

I didn't take any pictures because the vibe felt off when I went in. I decided to go here because it was my birthday and I wanted a nice intimate dinner with my fiancé that was close to home, instead I left feeling disappointed and halfway satisfied. All together we spent $88 (including tip for waiter) altogether and would you believe he didn't even want to really service us. Thinking back, he probably thought we wasn't going to tip because we're young and we gave him a bigger tip and he deserved. For drinks we ordered 2 Lemonades, 1 Mango flavored the other raspberry. For appetizer, we got the traditional bone in wing for $17. We didn't receive any separate plates or napkins to start eating. Once eye contact was made with the server and he came to the table we told him we needed plates, napkins and plastic utensils because the silverware was filthy. The wings were good. My fiancé order the T-bone steak with baked potato and zucchini and I ordered the "new" French onion chicken with rice and zucchini. The steak was mostly fat, barely any meat and smelled a little old. The plates that the food came out on didn't smell like they were properly cleaned. Inspecting the cups we were drinking from seemed a bit cloudy once the drinks was gone like the cups wasn't throughly cleaned. I used a coupon and received a free dessert for my birthday which was good. We was going to order more food but I'm so glad we didn't. We've been here plenty of times and the food was fantastic. As of yesterday 10/26/24, that will be my last time returning. If you want better service, food and cleaner utensils I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. Ruby Tuesday isn't what...

Well it's a sad situation at 8680 Bartram avenue Philadelphia PA Ruby Tuesday. Last night my wife and I visited this Ruby Tuesday at around 5:30 p.m. We asked a married couple that we know if this was a good place to eat and they said it was. Well I don't know what happened last night because we weren't given any respect at all from the black staff and the White waitress that we were assigned. When we walked in we stood at the front for at least 10 minutes before my wife had to ask one of the black gentlemen there if anyone was working the front to seat us. He said okay sure wait one second and he went and got someone else and that person seated us and walked away. Next we sat there for about 15 minutes looking over the menu and then had to ask again if we had a waitress. The black gentleman said oh sure I'm sorry let me get someone for you. The white waitress came over to us and was really rough around the edges. Her demeanor was that of a person who did not want to be at work. Sadly to say we found out it had nothing to do with her not wanting to be at work she just did not like waiting on Black customers. The proof came after we saw her go and take the salad plates that were dirty off of the customer's table after they were finished eating their salads.this particular white waitress walked past our table several times and did not clear my wife's salad plate after she...
