Bartram Ave Philadelphia Pa One of the store's Associates Porsche at this location is always loud rude and ignorant. Consistently always have a bad stink attitude and something smart to say. I know everyone one at the location. And a couple of the employees also agreed with me. I go in there about 15xs a week for breakfast lunch and dinner and sometimes for a snack. This is also the location I get my gas.
I was in there on 11/29/16 I asked the young lady at the sandwich station can she sanitize her station and change her gloves and clean the knives before making my sandwich. Cause I don't eat pork products (Muslim) . And didn't want any cross-contamination. The young lady understood my concerns and asked Porsche to make my sandwich. I seen that Porsche had a attitude about my request. So I told her I didn't want her to make my sandwich. And she became irate and very disrespectful using profanity and making racial comments towards me and under her breath. She made a statement that was so offensive that I couldn't believe she said it out of her mouth. "DO THEY HAVE HALAL STANDS OUT ON THE STREET" a halal stand is a Muslim mobile restaurant that sales non pork products... this comment hit me so hard. I couldnt believe the ignorance and disrespect and harassment that I was receiving from a employee of this location.... I never heard something so races in my life. It actually hurt my feelings. I cussed the young lady out and told her exactly how I felt but she became more rude and disrespectful so I walked away..... I left the store so angry that I couldn't think. And to top it off. My sandwich had a whole bucket of mayonnaise on it I guess that was her way of...

The manager on duty name was Kevin and he did nothing . We could tell there is hostility among the co workers. I thank the lord there are many Wawa a in the Philadelphia area. Read moreStop here twice on our travels back to NY ( ny doesn't have wawa) the workers were so rude! They automatically expect us to know where everything was. We order food waiting for it to be done and the girl behind the counter had a whole attitude. We didn't know we had to pay for the food at another counter mind you before we got it. As we are purchasing the food the guy behind the counter didn't ring everything up despite ringing them multiple times so of course 1️⃣ of items that was made behind the food counter got left behind... Again he rang it up. So we left thinking we have the food then the hotel we stayed at had it on lockdown because of gas leak so we called them back to ask if we can pick up the item that we left in the morning hence us going back there. To only get back to figure out that the guy didn't Re-ring the ticket. So obviously at that point we were just done...
