Sam's Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have been loyal customers for over 4 years and had the weirdest experience ever. We ordered a cheesesteak, cheese fries, and a cheeseburger. We called multiple times due to the delayed order (1 hour late) and they said we were the next order to be delivered. Then 30 minutes later, still no food, and we called back and they said to call them back when their delivery driver arrived. When he finally got there we told him that the store wanted him to call them and he said he had no phone. He begins to yell "no delivery" walked off with our food and drove off. When we called the store back they said either they can take off our 2 liter soda or trash our food and not replace it.

This has been the worst service that we've ever experienced. Its one thing for the food to be over an hour and half late, it's another to yell at the customer and not replace the food. Very disappointing because the food is great overall, just poor...

I have been ordering from sams for over 10 years their food was always good and customer service was great. Within the last year every time I order something goes wrong its wither they mess up my order or their card machine isnt working. When I call to complain about my issue they can care less. Customer service is not their too priority. I started ordering from a new pizza place lately which is great but I decided to order again from sams because I like their salads better. But what I got was a rude order taker and when the delivery guy got here the card macchine wasnt working. A neighbor seen how frustrated I was and paid for my order. I called them to tell them their problem and the girl says well" u paid with cash right so tour order is paid for." Smh thats not the point . Im so done with sams. They went downhill their food, customer service everything. They need new workers...

Be aware of leaving a negative comment, I went again to give them another try and as soon as I called to order the female owner got mad at me "just because I ask can you seasoned the burger meat for me?" She absolutely knew who I was, yes I am powerful in Philly but I didn't mean to hurt their business in any type of way, If I am the customer and the money is coming out of my pocket, If I ask for you to put ketchup or salt on the burger (mother flower DO THAT!!) I'm the one paying 🤷🏻‍♂️ their burgers needs seasoning you can honestly taste the raw cow, / guess what now, they've lost me, my family, and friends from ordering from this place ever again. 🚨 YOU NEVER GO AGAINST THE CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY WHEN HE OR SHE IS ASKING FOR SEASONING.
