Horrible service, angry cashier, lost my order, so they gave me someone else's, I'm starting to come down from my meds now, usually I have a service dog so I can speak my mind, but not at the airport, I have meds I don't like taking to keep me calm, but they are finally wearing off, and I'm on a rampage, I stood there for an hour while everyone else was getting their food, I still have not gotten MY order, I got a John order, fire your cashier and get one of the plenty of people that actually want to make a living and care how they do it, not one that takes out all the anger of the day on 1 customer that simply asked about the food they PAID for, I would rather you go out of business then to ever be treated like that ever again... you have no idea the background I come from, but customer service should be #1 especially to a customer that has done nothing but ask a question, nothing rude, not raising my voice, and only after a couple other customers told me I should do so since they noticed I've been standing...

Terrible, terrible service. Stood in line for about 5 to 6 minutes watching an employee talking to another over the grill counter. No acknowledgment. When we asked if they were going to take our order or what we were told they were waiting for a cashier. After a 3 or 4 more minutes of staring a couple of employees walked up by the counter and said something to one of the employees then walked away. A couple minutes later they appeared in the back. Finally they started taking the orders. Next we were told they had no avocado. They refunded for additional avacado added to one sandwich but not for the one that had it included. The cashier was rude with attitude. Over the next 20 minutes the people waiting on their orders grew to about 9 or 10. The weird thing was the burgers were great. The whole experience was ruined by poor customer service, apathy and rudeness. Maybe management should check on who was working on Christmas day...

First time having Smashburger. Nothing different from any fast food restaurant. Not better than 5 Guys but much better than dinner at Marriott Airport. Pricey? Yeah…what do you expect? It’s just inside an airport…it’s pricey everywhere. I do recommend. Lots of seats available around. Very nice area. Just don’t be disappointed if you don’t get a good service. No smile, not even a “welcome, how can I help you ?” Employees seem like they had enough and don’t want to be bothered, however, definitely as soon after you place your order and “tap” your credit card, the “machine” offers you “suggestions” for tip for the service. Call me old fashioned but back in the good old days, we used to tip only for good service. The cashier didn’t like the fact that I tip less than the suggestion on the screen, and he clearly showed me with his face. Anyway…it’s Philadelphia, right? I...

Located in food court between terminals B and C in Philly airport. I have eaten at smashburger locations outside of airport and generally think it is pretty good, but this airport location is ok at best. And, I get jacking the prices up as it is in an airport, but they are jacked up too far for what it is especially given that burgers, fries, and drinks all need to be ordered separately. They also have chicken sandwiches and a couple of salads and then also feature tater tots as a side. Standard sodas and milkshakes for drinks. I have found service at this location to be pleasant and they do cook orders fresh so it takes a little time, but they get slow when busy and is not a good choice if in a rush.

This review will speak for itself and the 1 star will make perfect sense. First off 24.09 for this meal pictured below. The burger was great but that’s about it. The sweet potato fries tastes like they had been sitting on a table for a month. No salt, super cold, super soggy. I paid 5.65 and got trash. A small bottle of water. 5.69. Prices like these shouldn’t be legal. If you’re in a rush I can’t recommend you come here. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was almost 15 minutes. You would think in that amount of time small things like the fries could’ve been cooked properly. Anyway smash burger lost a customer today. Never again.
