I love Smashburger and have never had any issues when visiting. This occasion was not one of them. When I approached the counter, the cashier greeted me really quickly, but I just walked up and wasn't ready to order. I wanted to view the menu and told her I wasn't ready to order yet. She seemed put off that she had to wait for me.

I placed my order and then waited. It took longer then normal and there was only one other order at the time. My order took about 13 minutes. When I picked up my order I requested ketchup and the Mgr said there wasn't any. How does a burger joint not have ketchup to serve with their food? This was very disheartening because I need ketchup to eat with my fries and tots. Instead I was given BBQ sauce.

Don't understand why airport locations do not award you points for staying loyal customers as part of the Smashburger...

smashburger in the PHL airport was pretty good! it was my first time trying it, and i went there specifically for their vegetarian option, the black bean burger. the burger was really good and you can make customizations which i liked - i added avocado to mine. there could've been more condiments/sauce on it though, so that's something i'll have to remember for next time. the food was also a bit greasy, but nothing drastic. the smash fries were okay, i think they would've been better if they had been a fresh batch perhaps. but they weren't bad, just not as flavorful as you would think by looking at them. the hand-spun strawberry milkshake was pretty good as well! the wait time was not too bad at all, especially for it being a very crowded afternoon. all in all it was a pretty good first try of smashburger, and i would go back again for the black...

Always a disappointment - I'm done. Today the line was long as usual and I knew I should have walked away when the manager made an announcement that they were out of milkshakes (bad management for sure). The manager was talking on her cell phone while trying to fill orders. So naturally my order was wrong-AGAIN with no time to go back and fix it. Also, many of the US Airways grounds crew like to hang out here. I guess that's not a big deal but they block the Isle way and hover over the counter (flirting with the girls behind the counter). This makes it very difficult to find where the line starts and ends. A good manager would ask them to move along. Grabbing food at the airport often needs to be fast and accurate for the regular patron who needs to catch a flight... this Smashburger location fails every time. Needs new...

HORRIBLE establishment. I paid 12 dollars for a simple chicken sandwhich (the mushroom truffle chicken sandwhich), and it came out SOPPING wet with grease just leaking out all over the table. The smell of it was horrible. I instantly just threw it away. Had it not been for a tight connection, and not having ate all day, I would have went back and demanded for something else. But I did not have the time. Date of travel was 12/07/17, Sanae was the server whom took my order. She couldn't even spell my name right. I said my name is Justin, J-U-S-T-I-N. Not to be rude, but to just spell it out, because it does sound like Dustin sometimes. She puts on the receipt, JOSTAN........ Seriously? I know this is a fast food joint, but come on. I spelled it out for you.

Feeling generous, will say this burger was pretty good. Had to order two extra patties (+$4.40) for a sufficient beef-to-bun ratio (personal preference) ... I ordered ‘no fries’ but was given (and charged for) them anyway (was trying to avoid carbs). Ate them anyway, felt bad throwing them out and the counter guy must have just misunderstood me, my bad. They were hot, fresh and delicious of course. $20+ all together, a decent meal if a bit pricey. Was my last substantial bit of protein before a transatlantic flight. Airplane food? No thanks! Clean store, good service, would eat here again.

I do not have too much to say about this restaurant mainly because there is only so much one can say about a fast food place. I ordered the Classic Crispy Chicken meal with a large fries and small Pepsi Wild Cherry. The chicken sandwich was basic at most. The fires were fresh, but there were only regular tasting fries. The drink was not properly carbonated; it was too watery. On the other hand, the lady cashier was nice as she was taking my order and bagging my order.
