I don’t know what’s going on with this new staff but they are terrible. They’re slow and they clearly don’t communicate with one another. How do you run out of coffee and not notice ? Whomever got the last bit of coffee clearly didn’t care to refill it or let the other workers know because she was more focused on heading out/ending her shift. They used to have an amazing staff that were professional and proficient. All while being friendly and kind. The entire staff knew my order by heart. Now I have to wait seven minutes for a new coffee to brew and teach them my order which is fine. But it’s not ok when they get a specific set instructions and they still manage to ruin my coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Then they have this one girl standing there with her hands on her hips just staring while the one worker struggles to complete all of the orders alone. They’ve definitely regressed tremendously. Bring the old staff...
Read moreOut of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to across the Country, this by far is the slowest, non service oriented establishment in the chain. There’s always a wait when you walk in and the average wait times per customer you’d think the cashiers were having full blown conversations with each and every customer as the lines build up. There’s a time and a place for that absolutely when 9 people haven’t ordered. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here but every time I️ have, the line then to wait for your order is equally as bad. As a New Yorker used to efficiency - this could have everything to do with my expectations of expediency. However I’ve been to locations in the south and the west coast but this one truly is he twilight zone. Charming location but the staff is operating in another dimension. It probably should be addressed by a...
Read moreThe service here has fallen off a cliff. Order ahead is unavailable. Store is usually dirty. Today there are 5 people there and one person is making drinks. after waiting 5 minutes for the one person ahead of me to get through the line, the cashier can't just pour me a tall coffee. It has to come from the one person who is now making 3 frozen/complicated drinks ahead of me while the cashier stands there with no one in line. He literally told me he cannot turn around, pour the coffee and hand it to me. Remember when this Starbucks used to be a great store? Ty was the best barista ever, always super friendly, drinks came out fast. everyone was pitching in. Oh well, the other place up the street is...
