If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would do just that. I go to the Starbucks in chestnut hill and they always get my order right and if they donāt, they will gladly remake it until itās correct. But not this Starbucks. The lady took my order and forgot to write whipped cream. So when the RUDE guy made it. I told him to put whipped cream. He rudely said āit donāt say dat on da cupā. I replied āwell I told her whipped cream ā. He says āwell you gotta pay for whipped cream.ā He put it on there and I tasted it. It tasted like he put a whole bunch of milk and a drop of coffee. I got in line and asked for a refund. The lady replied āI canāt do no refund. You gone have to wait til my manager get backā A lady came from the back and politely said āI can remake it ā. She remade it. And the rude guy was back there saying āshe aināt pay for whipped cream. Aināt nuffin wrong wit her coffeeā. He was extremely unprofessional. I will never go back to that location again. Even if itās the last Starbucks open on this earth. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Nasty attitudes. If you hate your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE. donāt treat customers badly just because you chose a job that you hate. And I donāt normally do these reviews because I work in the restaurant industry and I donāt like to get people in trouble but, the way I was treated was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisclaimer: This IS NOT a corporate Starbucks location. It's managed by a Temple University partner so that explains a lot.
The location serves everything a normal Starbucks would and they even wear Starbucks hats. However, they don't offer free water or refills on coffee and tea like a regular locations would. Today was Happy Hour and they offered their own extension, which is nice. Seating is ample - two four seat tables and then four two seat tall tables. They don't really have that many outlets though. If you're going to come with your computer, I recommend charging your computer fully beforehand just in case there aren't any seats near outlets available right away. All in all, this is a solid location, minus the full Starbucks benefits and outlets to seating ratio. It's clean and well lit. Temple even offers their own free WiFi in place of the Google Starbucks one. It's also not too close to the main campus so it wasn't really crowded and I've been here for like 4 hours....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorker had an attitude soon as we stepped up to the counter I guess because they had to stop their conversation to wait on us. My daughter placed her order and sheās a little shy so the worker must of not heard my daughter say no when asked if there was anything else. So she asked again with an attitude and my daughter again replied no. When it was time to pay my daughter pulled out her app for points and the worker said disrespectful we don't take your points so my daughter went to hand her the money and the worker just stood there then said to the other working Iām not taking her money so thatās when I stepped in and told them sheās just a child and there is no reason to get a attitude because she didnāt hear my child maybe if she was making eye contact she would clearly see that she gave her a response. This is the worst Starbucks ever I already knew it was gonna be a problem before we even step foot in there from other experiences I had with...
