This review was a few years ago but I made some corrections: I come here occasionally because it's close to where my young son does karate. One time I allowed him to play in the play area and never again! It was filthy and smelled horrible. The reason, however, for my review today is because of today's visit. I walk up to order and realize someone left there keys. I pick them up and told the lady waiting to take my order (Toni). She quietly said they hers and pointed. She wasn't going to do anything. So I would have had to get out of line and walk over to the lady or send my son while I order (which is what I did). I proceed to order: kids meal with a plain cheeseburger and apple juice, and my order of chicken fingers. The entire time Toni looks miserable and barely looks at me or speaks to me. "Is that it?" She asked. I said yes and paid. She was just as miserable to the next customer. Food comes out maybe 5-7 minutes later (great). The guy giving me the food (can't remember the young man's name) was amazing, kind, and caring. We take our to go order and I get my son to karate (he had 10 minutes to eat before class started). He opens his burger and it has ketchup and pickles. He hates ketchup and pickles makes him vomit. So now he won't eat it. He's starving, we just came from camp and I can't run back to Burger King now to fix the order. How f'in hard is it to be NICE and get a simple order right? Do your job that you get paid to do, or give it to someone else who actually wants work. Now, maybe Toni put plain (I don't have the receipt), and the one preparing it messed up idk, but her attitude was enough for me to not want to go back there. I really want my money back but that won't happen. If anyone is ever willing to drive 20 minutes away, go to the Burger King across from Sesame Place in Langhorne. They are friendly, never had a messed up order, and the place is super clean and beautiful! Very nice inside and outside play...
Read moreI had to take my kids somewhere while my husband was visiting family in the hospital. I thought, "Oh, how wonderful that there is a Burger King with a Playplace to keep them occupied." I ordered on my app from the parking lot, hoping to keep the kids wrangled for a little longer. All good til this point. We went inside, and unfortunately, they were short staffed (not their fault). It took a minute to let them know I had a mobile order, and then the waiting started! I figured, okay, let's get them started in the Playplace.... nope! It was closed due to what I can only guess is STILL covid, ugh! So now I have 2 small children stuck waiting for food with nothing to do. Figured 15 minutes wouldn't be a big deal. But nope again, after almost 23 minutes I went to the counter to check on our food. I was waiting for other customers (who were hawking the staff) to leave before approaching. They verified my name and told me a few more minutes.... ugh again! Meanwhile, my little one needed to use the bathroom. I took them both in and found out there was no toilet paper, in either stall. Went out to ask the cashier. The poor kid was so confused. He looked, couldn't find it, asked the "manager", found it, and then handed me the whole roll, you know, the big one that goes in the giant holder with a lock. I didn't care, I took it because my little one was about to burst. We relieved ourselves and washed up. I was then trying to find a clean spot to put down the giant roll of tp, so I left it on the changing station. Finally, I'm ready to get our food. We took it to a nearby playground. The food was pretty normal for Burger King. The burger was delish, but the fries were a little cold, definitely unexpected, considering it took about 30 minutes to get our food. The chicken fries, which I got for the kids, were a bit... hollow...? Needless to say, not a great BK experience :( It will probably be a while before we...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I decided to get some Christmas decorations yesterday from the dollar tree in the mall. Burger kings was right across the street and it smelled so good we decided to eat lunch there. When we walked in it wasnât very busy at all and that was great for us so we thought. We were greeted nicely and the cashier who took our order was very professional at first. But things took a worst while we were waiting for our food. Everyone starting arguing with each other including the manager or assistant manager not sure which he is. He mention things about not liking the other managers he didnât feel like hearing their mouths about anything and the way the manager treated his only cook at the time was pretty bad. He also told his cook âhe ainât really need him that he could do his job which is why he trained them. We finally received our food and sat in the dinning area since it was no one else in there and we live quite a distance away and didnât want our food cold. The argument became worst and now they are all shouting at each other right in the front. They all went to the back to continue arguing while new costumers came in. Now the arguing is back up front. The cashier now shouts to the cook well thatâs why you have a D in grade now. Now her and the manager are laughing. Even if itâs true his business should not have been shouted in the restaurant for everyone to here. It was unprofessional and we didnât even finish our food because the atmosphere was getting uncomfortable. My boyfriend thought it was best to leave because of anything happened we would get caught in the cross fire. Some serious retraining needs to happen because if service continues like this, this location will be shut down again. Donât think Iâll be back at this...
