I really wrestled with my Review, because I was really hoping that I would be giving a much different Opinion of my experience. What I can say is I was pleased with the first half of my visits but after I received my dentures the nightmare began from intense head colds and headaches to extreme pressure on the roof of my mouth. Dentures are not just take a mold send it out and poof they magically fit it’s an art and in my opinion and my Now lived experience the person making them or a dentist who specializes in prosthetics IS THE BEST WAY TO GO.Because it’s been 10 months and this dentist still haven’t been able to even my bite In my last visit the pressure on the roof of my mouth has been relieved and the visit before that she was able shave down some of the acrylic and it stopped the headache but they still don’t stay in for more than an hour before they start sliding up in the front of my mouth and pushing into my cheeks and nose, like I haven’t been able to eat a full meal without pain in every bite As soon as I drink anything they slide in my mouth. And now i think her patience has run thin with me Sorry not Sorry I Don’t Want No parts of any Implants. Like let’s be Honest My Dear You Can’t Give me Great Fitting Dentures, So No to that STOP Bringing it Up. Plus I felt as though she didn’t take my concerns into consideration it’s was about how she wanted to handle the realigning of my dentures and would not take into consideration that her mold just might be off. She simply wants me to have bone shaved down , because in her words You have a deformity of the bone that needed to be shaved down so that the bone doesn’t rub on the denture. And I feel like instead of trying to get me to shave down Bone Let’s try shaving down the plate of the denture or Remold the denture I’m just so freaking disappointed and in my opinion she’s a good General hygienist, but if you want dentures, I think you need a Prosthodontist or the Lab has to be on site I called in for an appointment because I broke my partial, I get to the office I’m scheduled for a cleaning she just cleaned my teeth maybe 2 months ago so when I said no to x-rays and cleaning I was told it would take a month to fix the partial it would need another mold taken in office and sent out than I was referred to a Prosthodontist not a specific doctor just a piece of paper like figure it out and by the Universe.

I had a wonderful experience today! All the staff members —the receptionist, dental assistant and Dr. Agrawal—were kind and patient. I am impressed with how gently yet quickly Dr. Agrawal filled my cavities. As someone with dental anxiety, to leave the office with a smile is a huge win and speaks volumes about the care I received. Give this team a shot! 😊

I am so happy with this dental office! From the moment I walked in everyone was so pleasant and professional. The office is absolutely beautiful but that’s not all… Let me explain how My New Favorite Dentist spent more time on my teeth in this one visit than my previous dentist office did in the 2 1/2 years that I was a patient.

This MY NEW PERMANENT DENTAL OFFICE… never have I ever walked out of a Dental office happily volunteering to make another appointment, until today. I LOVE THIS OFFICE

*I feel the NEED to edit this review, because it had become the case of ā€œPutting Their Best Foot Forwardā€ in the beginning because they were a new practice. It seems after this initial visit. This was the best that it was ever going to be. Maybe they received their review and they didn’t realize that I could go back and edit it. But that would be a gross misconception on their part, because I am one who will edit a review, especially because I believe in integrity.

Since the first time I was here, I have encountered nothing more than lackadaisical Dental work to the point where I am now refusing to return. Because when I tried to rectify the situation, no one wants to be culpable for the lazy practices and fix the situation but yet they still want to charge my...

I arrived for my appt that was made 2 weeks in advance 10 minutes early. I got checked in & filled out my paperwork and made sure they had all my insurance info. I was sitting & waiting for about 15 minutes when the receptionist told me that I wouldn’t be able to be seen for my appt because I did not confirm my appt with the text message they sent me. Now, I understand it’s important to confirm appointments as a courtesy to the provider that you will be there, I also am in a career where confirmations are nice to have, BUT just because someone doesn’t confirm their appointment, doesn’t mean that appointment should be cancelled? Never in my 28 years of going to doctors & dentists has that ever happened before! If that’s their policy, then that should be stated in their text message when it is sent to the patient to confirm. And if they care so much about confirmations, then as a business they need to be more proactive about reaching the patient to confirm because I’m sorry but one text message will not cut it. I was excited to come here since it was close to my house & had good reviews, but I definitely will be finding somewhere else. Make sure you confirm your appointments people or else you...
