Watutsi Pub — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I'm leaving this review just to give (hopefully) helpful feedback on the service. Came here on 50 cent wings Wednesday. The beer garden is great, the drinks were affordable and were served quickly.

However, I waited almost 2 hours for an order of 12 wings and never received them. I've worked in food service and understand it was a really busy night. I checked in with the staff 4 times to check on my order and the responses ranged from "It's very busy" to "Your food is coming" (I waited an hour after this response) and "Someone should've told you it would be a long wait". I didn't receive an apology or anything comped. I noticed at least 8 other tables waiting a similar amount of time, so I surrendered and asked for a refund.

I'll try to visit again, maybe when it's not so busy, and give this local business...

Nuisance bar. Loud drunk people outside of it on the corner and around the corner hanging out on work nights. Drunken brawls outside. Drunk people speeding off in their cars. Awful! Should...

I used to go here frequently but for whatever reason it was always closed for one reason or another so I stopped going there. Ask for Lex (the barmaid), she's the best! I only go if...
