Wendy's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The Place opens at 10 am , I show up at 1030 craving a hot meal and great service.. Upon arrival i was pumped because no one else had been in line. So I figure I'm gonna come through , swoop up my quick hot meal, and be on my way.. Nope !!!! Dude on speaker asked me three times what I wanted and I had to repeat myself over and over . Seemed like a nice guy so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I Pulled to the window and had to confirm drink selection two more times with the man . I held strong showing no sign of being in a rush. When I finally had received my meal just a little longer than expected , I made sure to check at least if they have remembered everything .. Which they did. Shortly down the road, I decide to try a fry like you always do to determine the freshness of the meal. The fries usually say it all. Immediately I had realized my meal wasn't on point.. Have you ever tried to microwave fries from yesterday ?? Yea .. exactly ! That's how they were. I had the thought of making a U turn at the next light and going back to reak havoc. But I didn't I just took the hit. I get home and hope the sandwich was at least decent. It wasn't . Not one bit. Maybe a little raw even....

Without a doubt the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. And because they are my nearest Wendy's I just don't eat Wendy's unless I'm outside my neighborhood. There is zero urgency about anything going on in this business. Frosty machine down, oh well, waiting for a simple single person order for 10-15 minutes, oh well, screwed up your order, oh well, food cold during prime dinner hours, oh well. Thinking I just had bad timing, I gave them several attempts to show me they were not as bad as I thought. They are horrible and I finally gave up. This place is mismanaged and incompetent beyond repair. Fire everyone and start over. It's also quite clear that friends and employees are involved in the 5 star reviews. No one writes raving love comments about a fast food place. In addition there is no way a place has a vast majority of their reviews as either a 5 or a 1 with little 2,3 and 4 reviews. Mobile pickup: ordered one grilled chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce. Ordered one junior cheeseburger deluxe: no onions, light mayo. Two small fries. Received: 1 salad with mustard. Received 1 cheeseburger deluxe with onions and mayo dripping from the sandwich. Received two small fries. Went back. Spoke to drive-in microphone in loud voice: "Order was incorrectly filled." Repeated order. Response: "Ok. Pull around." Pulled around. Gave salad back and was given second bag with sandwich. Went home and found: 1 junior cheeseburger deluxe. Not a chicken sandwich in sight. Considering the hamburger cost less than the chicken sandwich ($1.99 versus $4.99), ripped off on incorrect order and higher price. Thanks, Dave! Was certain this shop had improved its service since the last time I visited and received a bloody rare hamburger, a serious violation of Philadelphia County health regulations.
