I don't usually write reviews but I had to after the experience I had there tonight. When I went through the drive thru a young, high school looking girl who was all happy & hype, probably happy & hype because she was stealing customers money! If I remembered her name I'd put it on this review so y'all could steer clear of this petty thief! So as I placed my order she told me that my order was $11.33 but then when I got to the window to pay she then says my order was $12.33 which was a lie because she just told me over the speaker that it was $11.33 and I clearly seen that total on the screen! So I thought nothing of it and gave her a $10 a $5 & 33¢ so as I waited for my $3 change after she said it was $12.33 this chick comes back and gives me $2 I then said yo you owe me $3 not $2 she then says "oh my bad" and gives me the correct change. At this point I start thinking back to the $11.33 total because the way she was acting just didn't sit right with me so I then ask her for the receipt for the order, she grabbed a receipt looks at it then give it to me, it's clearly someone else's receipt of $9.07 I then tell her this isn't my receipt so then she acts like she doesn't know what happened to the receipt on my order so another coworker comes over to the window to see what's going on because at this point I had the drive thru line held up until I got to the bottom of what shawty was tryna do. I then tell him I want to see my receipt, he then is able to print me out my receipt which clearly says at the bottom next to total $11.33!!! I was livid because my suspicions were right and I caught the girl red handed, I then demanded that she give me my correct change that was owed which at that point was just a $1 but nevertheless its not about the $1 it's about not being cheated and so that's why I wrote this review to warn others of this deceitful young lady working the drive...
Read moreTo whoever oversees this Wendyâs location: are you even aware of the disaster happening under your brand name on Fox Street? Because if you are, and youâre choosing to do nothing, thatâs even more alarming than the state of this restaurant.
Letâs talk about it. The service is consistently awfulânot just an occasional bad shift, but a systemic, ongoing failure in basic operations. Orders are rarely correct. Items are frequently missingâespecially drinksâand when something is out of stock, customers are either given the wrong replacement with no warning or receive nothing at all. The lack of communication, accountability, and care is unacceptable.
And the food? Sloppy, cold, and poorly packaged. Burgers that look like theyâve been stepped on, fries that are either ice cold or soggy beyond recognition, and sandwiches tossed into bags like the staff is daring you to complain. Iâve received items so haphazardly assembled it was clear no one checkedâor caredâwhat was being handed out.
This isnât just lazy. This is a culture of indifference. Itâs clear the employees donât care, and unfortunately, neither does management. That level of apathy doesnât come from the front line aloneâit trickles down from the top.
This entire location needs to be shut down, restaffed, and rebuilt from scratch. Everyone, from the crew to management, needs to be retrainedâor replaced. Because right now, your brand is being dragged through the mud every single time a customer pulls up to that drive-thru and leaves frustrated, disrespected, and hungry.
Wendyâs corporate: if youâre reading this, understand that this is not a one-off experience. This is a pattern. And itâs damaging your reputation in this...
Read moreI come here sometimes and for the most part I can say that the food is decent and good. But the service? Now that can be, a hit or miss. Sometimes the drive thru takes forever and then other times it is okay. I will say though that tonight, I had an experience with a worker in drive thru that I did not appreciate. He was a black, tall, slim, and light skin guy with dreads. I donât know what was going on with him tonight but he was indeed rude and strange. We pulled up to the drive thru. I had ordered two large fries, some nuggets, and a Cinnabon. When we got up to the window to pay and receive my food the worker goes to us âghost pepper?â And weâre like âHuh? Noâ because we did not order anything like that. He then proceeded to hand us a soda that we did not order at all. I didnât even have a drink. After that he keeps on asking me âghost pepper??â And Iâm just like âno????â And I kept repeating what I had ordered. Fries, nuggets, and a Cinnabon. He then proceeded to say to me â I asked you ghost about five timesâ and says it to me with an attitude as if Iâm a child and stupid. When the whole time he was loud and wrong. First you handed me the wrong order, then you kept asking me about the wrong order then in turn was being nasty to me for no reason. I donât know if he was just confused and his head was all over the place tonight or if it was drugs but he was tripping out. We donât got time to be trying to come somewhere to feed ourself and deal with someone literally acting crazy and...
