9/19/22 I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from this store, it would have saved me the headache. When you get order how do you know what flavor is what? I ordered 7 different flavors and no container has markings of what's what. On top of that, they didn't give me the right order. They gave me two large trays of two wet boneless flavor and two dry boneless flavor. I only ordered Wingstop because of commercial during last week football game. This was closest store that was 45 mins to 1hour away with traffic. I ordered online and paid for it. Then I drove to pickup. When I got to store people were waiting and no one greets you at front counter and you just stand there and wait for someone to come from back. Once I got home and started taking stuff out of bag to setup for football game I realized they gave me wrong order. I called store 10 times and no answer. I went back online to contact them and all they had was a survey. I Googled corporate number and that was disconnected. It was too late for me to take order back because I would have to deal with all the football stadium traffic and rush hour traffic coming back home. I tried to make due with what they gave me and wet flavor I had no clue what it was. Dry flavor I think was lemon but it was so SALTY you couldn't tell what flavor it was and fries were wet and soggy. We couldn't even eat it to make do. Read moreI called about a week ago told WS manager had 72hrs to decide how to right the situation. Iknow they get busy but my whole order (like the the actual online order receipt for online orders and what not with about 30 others) was left in the front counter for over a hour than I was there for nearly 3.5 hours. Just to only ask if the chicken to be x Chrispy to get home and they’re not extra crispy at all. Manager made them to, so that’s why it was surprising. I seen him get a small attitude at my request but you shouldn’t be mad about a thing except customers waiting multiple hours on end.
I didn’t realize it was gonna take hours I ordered from Burger King as and it was ice cold so another set of food ruined because of how this store is being run. I honestly feel like the person who walked up and grabbed all the online orders may have even tossed them because the manager came up to me and kept asking what I ordered and while I’m struggling to pull it up they “find it” so many people had the same complaints, taking beyond too long, longer than a 5 star restaurant wait. & the wings undercooked/ not cooked to their liking.
I kept my absolute cool and composure the entire time, the manager after about the 3rd hour he said “what’s your name again? Im getting ready to personally make yours now” like 👍🏼 whats the deference. I still didn’t get my food for nearly 3.5 hours.. smh. So over worked but won’t turn off the ordering...

It took all of an hour and what I got was half of order of fries , some half done chicken barely seasoned with a twist of metal from whatever they use to clean with and a half of container of oil. When I returned to the store it was pretty much a joke when I told them I had metal in my food and they don’t do refunds. As I’m watching I observe customers being told they couldn’t order. The employee called the store manager and he was told to tell me they can only do store credit. ( I flew in to Philadelphia Pa. this morning) with visibly no signs hanging that supports the “no refund “policy. Just to add the fly activity is a even more turn off.
