Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Philadelphia

We ordered our order of food on the app and it went through and charged my bank account. So that was basically fourty dollars out of my bank account that could've went to something better. Well what happened? We placed our order, went there and parked in the curbside pickup spot number 1 and waited for about twenty five minutes and we still didn't get our food. So I had to go inside the place, which is very unfortunate because what's the point of the three to four curbside pickup spots? I got inside, asked about our food and they said it didn't even go through on their computers. Even though it charged my bank account and better yet, it also said that our food would be out there to us. Which, again, that never happened. Also, the employees were unprofessional and they were not doing what they were supposed to be doing, meaning that some were fighting and messing around, while others were so confused and didn't even know what they were doing. I mean, what was the point of the job interview? So now we're foodless and moneyless. You didnt have to feed me, but i at least wanted my three kids fed. Definitely could be better and I won't be coming back. I'd much rather go to Jack's, which is right...

Was my 1st time in Zaxbys! 4 star and not a 5 just because it was a little expensive. Other then that. The food was good! The atmosphere, it was spotless! Only thing I would say here.. is there were a lot of flys. Bathrooms were cleaned! Parking lot was cleaned! The service was quick and nice. They were helpful. Again was my 1st time there. I had no idea what they sold other then chicken. I got the chicken nugget quesadilla with sauce.. I got fried pickles and the cheese bites? I forget what they are called. My husband got a burger and frys. We shared everything together to try a few things. To be honest. I got a birthday shake. Oh my goodness it was sweet! Haha. Was good. But too sweet. Gonna get a regular vanilla one. Haha. Was good though! Over all. I am gonna come back. Everything was great. Thank you for the kind, cleaned and yummy experience!...

Traveling through the area on the way back to PA. I had never eaten at a Zaxby's before. I was blown away by the food. The chicken fingers and that dipping sauce were just unreal. I hope that someone open's a Zaxby's near us in Central PA. I would be there everyday - forget Chickfila, Zaxby's is the place to eat chicken!!! Also, this particular location has some of the most friendly associates I have even had the pleasure of meeting... Not to mention, the restaurant was as clean as could be. Not sure who the manager is of this restaurant, but they should be commended on running a tight ship. ...
