Cisneros Pizzeria — Restaurant in Phillipsburg

I went and made a decent size order last night because I’ve been hearing nothing but great things about this place. Like most locals I’ve tried just about every place in the pburg Easton area. That being said it was everything I’ve been hearing , customer service 5 out of 5 we called first to ask questions about sizes the wings come in and flavors , they didn’t have garlic parm on the menu but they made them anyway with fresh garlic and they where delicious, they where super patient with all the questions we had. I ordered the stuffed pizza , there Cisnero style pizza, 6 buffalo wings , 12 garlic parm wings , garlic nots , and the turkey panini that’s on the menu for about 73 dollars which isn’t bad at all the way prices are it was about 14 dollars a person on the break down. They where super nice in person , food was fresh , hot the aroma was fantastic!!! The pizza was crispy with good ingredients, the wings where also tasty , garlic knots crispy and fresh , the turkey panini on the menu doesn’t come with cheese , I asked for American to be added they didn’t have it and I opted to provolone and it never made it to the sandwich usually I would get mad about this , but one it was busy there was 5 people there ordering , that being said I ate the panini and it was so delicious I wasn’t even mad about the cheese the flavors where amazing and it was super fresh. Very good 5 out of 5 on the service and food , I will absolutely be back to try some other things...

I was passing through the area, unknowingly, around the time that they closed. I was half way through a 6 hour drive and exhausted. Stopped in for a slice pizza, but they didn't have any slices left. The owner (I'm guessing it was the owner, or perhaps a very compassionate employee) offered to make a fresh pizza just so that I could buy a couple of slices. The gesture was so heartwarming (I'm certain he could see the fatigue on my face). None-the-less, the pizza was made, the conversation in the meantime was really great. I paid, I left. But OMG, the pizza was amongst the best I've ever had, and I mean that wholeheartedly! It was that moment that I wish I would have purchased the entire pizza! I pulled over to gobble it down in enjoyment lol. Such a great experience from start to finish.
