La Rockita — Restaurant in Philomath

Used to be my favorite location I'm a long time customer been eatting at the philomath location for 17 years and in recent years it's been going downhill customer service is horrible now if u don't like something the way they make it they will talk shit About the customer I witnessed it happen today which is why I left without ordering and last time I was in there a customer asked for salt and was criticized by the woman who owns it saying he doesn't need salt it became a argument with the customer over salt absolutely ridiculous different people have different preferences and to criticize your customers for the things they want differently is not a good look for business there pastor also gives me heartburn Everytime now but the Corvallis locations do not so I'm officially done with the philomath location I will not eat there anymore and my business will go to El cruzero and the Corvallis la rockita locations from now on really disappointed that what used to be my favorite la rockita location is now my least favorite I understand why the Corvallis locations seperated...

I am a regular customer. I feel that they are unfriendly to regulars,and friendly to drop ins. I never feel welcom when I go mainly the biggerish female has not the nicest customer service. When I pay good money to eat there. I feel they are anoid with me. They would ussualy ask people if they want red or green sauce but the never ask if I do. I know they are a family owned buisness... They can deny service to anyone. Though u think they would want to keep the customer's. It sucks that they are the only fast food mexican place other the extapa. So Now if we want la rokita my husband and I will drive to...

This is the best place for friendly service and delicious food. Never had a bad meal or experience in 4 years scratch that... 6 years of patronage.👍👍👍

1-16-20 I had the Menudo today for the first time. I had kinda avoided tripe for the first 4 decades of my life... I didn't know what I was missing! Such a delicious soup. I will definitely order it again. It isn't always on the menu, it is a daily special that you get lucky enough to happen upon. If you happen upon Menudo as the special, order it. Yummy.
