Just randomly stopped in while driving by looking for some coffee. Such a pleasant little place. I saw the ice cream and the barista was very sweet and helpful when I asked if she could do an affogato (even though it wasn’t on the menu). She made it happen! We love this place! We tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte (they make their own pumpkin mixture), the Maple Bar Latte (with oat milk), Eggnog Latte, the hot cocoa cookie, the gingerbread cookie, and cinnamon roll. All were exceptional, and high-quality, and the coffee is local and organic from Eugene. All of the baked items are super-fresh and were delicious! Visited Timber Towne Coffee this weekend — loved everything about it! Enjoyed a cup of North tea with the Turkey/Pesto panini (delish!) and took a pack of cinnamon rolls to go for family brunch the next day. I would do every bit of it over again! Next time I’ll try one of their custom coffee specials.
