First and last time ordering. We usually get pita kitchen but have been meaning to try since we moved near Ammos. To start everything off, items are generally more expensive and they also charge a 1.75 online fee. My husband walked in at the beginning of the time window it should have been ready. He waited a total of 20 minutes insideā¦.exceeding the pickup window time. Then upon getting home, we realized we were missing multiple items. My husband went back to get missing drinks, a side salad, and tomatoes and onions missing off my combination platter. The owner then ARGUED with my husband that my combination meal did not come with tomatoes and onions and we received our side salad. We DID NOT receive our side salad, it was $10 tabouli that we ordered. I think the owner needs to familiarize himself with what is offered when you complete an online order, as well as you shouldnāt LEGIT ARGUE with customers when they receive bad service and come back for missing items. He eventually did give us the items after an inappropriate argument and him declaring he knew he put it in there bc he marked it off (guess what buddy ya didnāt.) They also thought it was a great idea to put our tabouli in the bottom and it leaked everywhere. Would never come back and will actively tell everyone to not as well. Awful! Spend your...

They struggled for awhile but the 3 times we've gone back, food was low quality and not even cooked with pride. Tried again today only because Bill is from Chicago, really wanted to give it another chance. Ordered the "Chicago hot dog" and gyro. Bill assured me it was a Chicago hot dog. His worker seemed irritated I even asked. ( it was cooked like a proud Chicago dog yrs ago) , nope! A Costco or Sams club hot dog smothered in mustard, the bread split when I picked it up,no green pickle relish, onions up, tomatoes, onions very few...the gyro was not even Kronos(another Chicago specialty), cheap gyro meat and dry. Sorry, will not go back again. Another place trying to cut corners will...

I had the Gyro combo, the pita bread was great, the meat was super tasty. We ordered the combo appetizer, the humas was delicious. The wrapped items were delightful. The tow others ordered the combo plates, chicken Gyro was amazing, nice and tasty, well seasoned and moist. The Chicken Shawarma, simply put, amazing. I'm a traditional Gyro guy, but this was so good I am now tempted to go with it or the chicken Gyro. Also on the list of items, was the Pork Souvlaki is rich in flavor, and quite succulent. You honestly, can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Also very fun fact, ask the owner about his old film business, quite the...
