We have been to this establishment a few times...each time service has been an issue, the food comes out one plate at a time, in other words they obviously don't staff properly....one dish 7-10 minutes later the next by the time we all got our food every dish was cold except for the last one delivered. Because the food is good we have always over looked this...but what I observed this evening was something I have never seen before....a very unprofessional owner "yelling" at a customer I purposely pulled the customer aside after we left and asked what had happened....she informed me she has been coming here for quite a few months has experienced the same issues we have had and on the last four occasions has been there for over two hours because of poor service, dishes coming out at different times and neglecting to make the dishes correctly omitting ingredients or telling the customer the items were inside the egg fu yung patty which wasn't the case according to this customer. I reached out to this customer because I have never heard a owner raise a voice at a customer like this...she was so unprofessional, I truly felt bad for this family. The prices aren't inexpensive and there is no excuse for anyone to be treated the way this customer was. I heard the conversation the customer was calm and explained that they had been there for almost two hours that her dish was made incorrectly and that the second dish she received after all the plates were cleared everyone was done eating they still didn't get the dish correctly omitting onions as they did on the first dish...she had asked for the dish to be removed from the bill and the owner said well we made two of them and we can't just take it off the bill...the customer said she came to eat with her family not eat dinner alone and the dish wasn't even correct...the owner stated we made it especially for you....I sat there with my mouth open and couldn't believe it for what ever the dish was the owner should have taken it off the bill, it wasn't the customers fault that she had to wait that long and because her employees did it incorrectly why should a customer suffer for that....???? This experience showed me the lack of care and concern this owner has for her customers...I thought she would even apologize for our issues and even the server acknowledged they needed more cooks....unprofessional uncaring and we will never go back...and we will inform our friends in the Glendale, Peoria area to NEVER come here...if she treated us and that family like this...she will do the same to you...save your money...there are other places that care and that the food is better. Read moreThis place is AWFUL!! Looked up the exact menu from this location and ordered accordingly. After a long hard work day I drove in to get it and left for the 20 min drive back home. I get home the 8 spring rolls I should’ve had according to THEIR menu was a 1/2 order so 4. I had ordered edamame with just salt since my husband can not eat the garlic spicy kind. Yep you guessed it that’s what we got! Best part, the fact that the king pao chicken had minimal meat and was all sauce and peanuts. I called them back to see what happened and I get a very young girl who had to go get another young girl who then proceeded to say, “I’m telling you!” with absolutely NO intention to do much of anything. She “guessed” she could give me a food credit. It sickens me that no one knows what customer service is anymore!! You know? So for 3 people I do not have enough food to feed us all. Last time we got anything from here the fried rice was mush! We thought it was just an off night. Tried eating some pepper steak here and I’m pretty sure someone is missing their bike tires. So sad but I implore you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Update: They did offer a refund for the edamame but have not acknowledged the fact that we literally didn’t receive our whole order! Who wants to eat gelatinous goo with peanuts in it?? I took the time to thoroughly explain by way of email. Read moreCustomer service is lacking. I called in an order (one California roll and a cup of soup), and was told that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order. They were very busy, but I was able to pay for my order. 15 minutes later my food still hadn’t arrived, and the hostess went to check on it. I was informed that we were “just waiting on the California roll.” Apparently that’s a complicated order. ANOTHER 15 minutes passed, and I finally asked for a refund. They clearly lost my order. Instead of providing a refund they left the desk completely, and went to get my food. No one came back to speak with me, just left me standing there. After a few more minutes they brought out my food and simply said “have a good night.” The receipt they stapled to the bag listed me as a walk in.
