Times 3 Sports Grille — Restaurant in Phoenix

My son loves sports bars that are family friendly to watch baseball. This place was listed as "family friendly" but it was not. There wasn't a kids menu and the music had vulgar language. Our waitress seemed to wish she was not there at all. She didn't introduce herself and not one smile or greeting. We ordered our food hoping for the best but were disappointed. My Cheeseburger that was supposed to have green chili on it had a little blob in the center of it. My son ordered honey bbq boneless wings and got honey hot. No we didnt send back as well we have all seen what they do to customers who complain. My husband ordered original wings and said they were pretty good besides a little on the cold side. I think the sauce was cold when tossed with the wings. The 3 ladies that were working disappeared 2 times...we think for a smoke break outside? If you want a dive bar to drink and watch sports ehhhh this place might work for you but if you want food and friendly service...

We used to come here just for their wings because they were so awesome! I don't know what happened but the past few times we were really disappointed in them. Maybe it's a different cook, I don't know but we won't be going back for wings again. The fried food is usually pretty good but this time we just had fries and they had to be sent back twice because they weren't done. But.. it is a bar.. so if you're just going to have a few drinks, its a pretty good place to go. The bar itself is small but it's nice. There is an outdoor patio and that is nice as well. This was actually the first time we sat out on the patio and we have been coming here since they opened, but not regularly. It's a pretty good neighborhood bar. We are within walking distance so it's nice to have a decent bar that's close. The service is usually really good. We have had some really great servers! All in all, its a nice little bar. Nice neighborhood sports bar- until today. Ordered the BLT that includes mayo and guacamole. It was dry with barely any mayo and zilch on the guacamole. I had to point to the menu to show the waitress the sandwich was to include guacamole and she offered to bring a side of it so I can spread on my sandwich. Now I’m a white girl that can’t handle hot foods. I eat salsa without jalapeños! This guacamole was SO HOT it took me awhile to get the burning fire out of my mouth! My Hispanic husband that loves hot salsa rolled his eyes and took a bite of the dish provided by the waitress and even HE said it was too hot and this was done on purpose! Still gave 20% tip cuz we don’t know if it was the chef or waitress that did this- but we will NOT...
