This Arby's on the east side of Thomas Road treated me very unfairly and I probably won't go back there ever again! A lady by the name of : Tontaisha Barney lied to me and told me that the receipt that she had given me was not faded when in fact it was very faded and I couldn't read anything on the receipt! She told me it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it and I couldn't read anything on it because it was all faded and she wouldn't reprint it when I asked her to at that time! Then later on I spoke with a lady named.. m o.. and she confirmed that the receipt was faded and that it had to be the result of the ink being low on the receipt paper! And then Moe actually told me to please move forward because I'm wasting her time! This again made me more angry! There was no cars behind me at all to confirm this! So I told her about owner over there by the name of : " ELISEO " and she got very worried because he was the main man to be speaking to! I got this name from a very nice lady named Harmony on the west side of Thomas and 27th Avenue that I usually go to that Arby's for. Harmony told me about the general manager at the East Thomas store named Pam! So a few days past and I went over to the East Thomas store to talk to Pam and to make a very firm statement and complaint about "Tontaisha Barney" and "Mo" and how the awful way I was treated by both of them! Pam was so understanding to me and she apologized profusely about their behavior. But I probably won't be going back to that Arby's on the east side ever again, but if I do I know I can speak to Pam the general manager over there if I ever have any problems ever again! By the way.. thank you Harmony on the west Thomas Arby's store for your help and for giving out the name that I needed to so I can State my...
Read moreI'm highly disappointed in this location I came through the drive thru Sophia was the order taker she cut me off every sentence , to say will that be all , she was very rude , I asked her over the intercom if I could have my entire order cooked , fresh she replied yes , yes pull to the window , when I arrived to the window she did not greet me at all instead she just started handing me drinks , I asked her if she heard me say I wanted jalepeno bites she said no , I said okay I'd like to add them to my order she rolled her eyes and repeated it to the lady behind her she then started handing me my food and told me to pull up to wait on the Bites , so I did I checked my good and my chicken sandwich as well as my fries were cold so I went inside and asked to have my order cooked to order as I had requested while at the speaker , Rose then came to the counter continuing to tell me the food just came up I took the food out the bag and asked her to feel the product she touched it, took the bags and slammed all the food in the trash she then continued to slam things around while talking about the situation with her coworkers , Sophia then would keep looking at me laughing as Rose rudely talked behind the wall . Not only were both ladies highly unprofessional Rose then decided she would make me wait until she cleared her drive thru , so I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food which now my Gyro and bites had become cold , I was so disappointed I didn't even want to have my now cold food replaced seeing how they treated me , having to replace the chicken sandwich and fries , these two women need better training and need to not be in the presence of customers if they can not control...
Read moreThe food is always great, HOWEVER...every time I go in this Arby's it doesn't seem to matter who the person behind the counter is (young/old/M/F), the fact that they aren't short handed, theres not exactly a dinner rush like we'd have at the one i worked at for 2 yrs, they never have more than 2-3 people in line with the dining room virtually empty...& yet the counter people always remind me of turtles- slow moving & not really concerned about taking at least 4 minutes per order while there's at least 1 person standing in line that is actually in a hurry to get some roast beef sandwiches quickly before the bus picks up at the stop once every 30-60 minutes dependant on the day. The staff is always pleasant & although the dining room is a little dated it's always clean & the counters are adequately stocked, but when every other restaurant is focused on getting the customer's order & filled quickly because they're mindful of the customer's reason for being there- running in to snatch up a bite before running back to work on lunch or just picking up sandwiches before the 2 bus rides home because they're so heavenly. If they were a bit quicker at the front counter here i would definitely say...
