My husband and I went for dinner about 6pm on 9-13-23. We walked in and were immediately welcomed in by Albert. He was so kind and very welcoming, made us feel like we were at a friend's place for dinner. We received our food pretty quickly and it was nice and hot. I got up and went to ask for a side of mayo, Albert was changing trash liners but abruptly stopped and proceeded to help me. I asked him for mayo and he explained that they were out of packets at the moment but he would get me some from the line. He asked for the mayo and the Manager Leticia, told him to get the "heck" out of the way and take an order to a waiting drive thru order. He expressed that the mayo was for me and I was waiting and my food was getting cold. The Manager Leticia continued to berate and belittle him saying "she can wait, we are busy. Now get out of the way, take that food to the car waiting (mind you there are like 3 or 4 cars waiting) and I'll get to her when I have time" Albert expressed again that there is a store notw at the register that says customers at the counter are priority. Again Manager Leticia was extremely rude. The whole line stood still as she verbally cut Albert in to shreds, it was obvious that they were uncomfortable with it as they all scrambled to get my mayo. As I stood there I expressed that I didn't intend to cause an issue. The other members of the team and Albert said "you are not causing an issue, you are fine " Manager Leticia continued to be so hateful that other patrons left the restuarant I went and sat back down and tried to eat my (now cold food) I was so upset for the way Albert was treated and the attitude the Manager had towards me that we just left. I am absolutely floored by this Managers behavior and i hope that arbys does something to extinguish thos behavior from Manager Leticia in the future
Albert you are awesome, keep your head up, you behaved levels above your management today and that shows TRUE LEADERSHIP I APPRECIATE...
Read moreSmells like human pee as soon as you walk into the dining room and when I told the general manager that's an older scrawny Caucasian man about the extremely strong distinguished human pee smell he told me I was lying and I told him I was giving him feedback as a customer that wanted to eat there but I couldn't tolerate and stomach the human pee odor that I had to leave. I wasn't being mean giving honest feedback because I really wanted to eat thereafter attending college all day, and I didn't want to have to be forced to stomach strong human pee oder while eating my lunch. That should be a health code violation I don't see how anybody could get used to working in an environment with a strong human pee smell and then be in denial when given obvious feedback. The general manager shouldn't be arguing with customers about having a nasty dining room with a nasty human pee smell. If anything the general manager should be going over and beyond to fix the issue and bring their restaurant up to proper health code standards. Very unprofessional and disgusting environment. This location needs a different general manager because this manager argues with his customers and talks down to them and he cannot handle hearing honest feedback when he should appreciate his customers and their voice. It's sad this company would allow someone like this to represent them when he has such sloppy standards which also reflects negatively on that...
Read moreI'm clueing in that old people are hated and discriminated against. We aren't familiar with the menu and they aren't going to help. They got an 83 year old man to scream beef twice because the long double ee sounds different from the "or" in pork or the short "i" in chicken wasn't sufficient to educate them as to which meat he was trying to order. Earlier in the attempt to rapidly avoid a diabetic emergency we explained that the sound system was fuzzy and could not tell if they were asking for what "size" or what "sides" the 83 year old would like.(He had tried to resolve the issues presented by employees by simply ordering a "meal.") Instead of clarifying they proceeded to some of their other tricks culminating in refusal to serve us leaving us stuck in line with a diabetic crisis looming. One of these days somebody is going to have a medical event due to your games and I hope that this review helps to put charges on you for your...
