I visited it's place for the first time last night. I was having a late dinner and living in the area, I thought I would try it out.
The place was extremely clean, well lit and appeared very organized, TV's were everywhere and all with excellent views.
I placed my order to go, got some water and sat down. After a short wait, I noticed that people who came in after me, and who had placed their orders after I did, we're beginning to receive their food. It was when a large group of 7 received their food, a group who placed their order after I did, that I began to think my order was overlooked.
I was hungry, a little frustrated, and I thought I would check and if it was overlooked, I would just get a refund and go to McDonald's to get a quick meal. I just figured they were really busy.
I spoke with Zuma (I hope I'm spelling it right) who immediately checked on my order. She told me they were working on it and that it would be another 4-5 minutes. It was wings and a sandwich. This would have made my wait time around 20-25 minutes. I tried not to be a jerk, but I told her that I just wanted a refund, I could walk to McDonald's and get a meal in that time, I thought to myself. She said she would go let the manager know.
The manager, Will, came out and told me what was going on. He addressed my concerns, assured me my food was being freshly prepared and made sure that I understood that he was willing to resolve my concern 100%, and he did. His dealing with me personally, immediately and so very professionally made me want my food even more, so, I happily waited for my meal and received it exactly as promised. I left with 100% satisfaction.
I will return for other meals and family meals and I will surely recommend this Barro's to anyone I can.

Usually if he have a issue and we talk to Haley the manager on staff at the time sheās great & has fixed our issues no problem. Well, Jordan āthe managerā gets on the phone and heās being passive aggressive tells us he made our cookie lightly cooked & itās almost to a crisp/well done mind you we never had issues with this particular dessert anytime weāve asked for it lightly cooked. We explained to him if he could remake it he said no he could give us a discount & remake it lightly cooked next time so we said cool thinking it was gonna be no issue.. today 1/26 we got 10% off 20 order and when we get this cookie and it is literally RAW.
We are unproblematic and all we asked for was a lightly cooked cookie like oreganoās style not literally raw cookie dough.. This type of management/customer service is super unprofessional & unnecessary especially when the person thatās getting their food delivered isnāt yelling or being rude. Probably going to take a break or call and see whoās managing 1st before ordering...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like eating pizzas from here but today i wanted to place 2 business orders for delivery,1 for 80 large 1 topping pizzas for our day crew and 40 large 1 topping pizzas for our evening crew we were told they could not delivery south of 220. We explained that it was for one of our Honeywell facilities on 34th/Washington and only 3.1 miles away. We explained we would pay extra for a delivery charge plus the minimum 10% tip to the driver to make it worth the drive. We also know when placing orders over the phone it would be paid in full at the time we placed the order. Unfortunately we were asked to request delivery through other means like uber eats or door dash. I understand that the cost of delivery to go this far away would not be cost affective for 1 or a few pizzas but would have thought that from a business aspect this would have been worth the extra drive. We ended up placing our orders with The NY Pizza Department that was 6.1 miles away almost double the distance. We understand rules and sometime a business decision needs to be made.
