Very disappointed with the cake we got for my daughter's birthday. Ordered a Frozen Cake and showed up and got the frozen toppers on a plain cake? When I picked it up, they had all sort of excuses, and only discounted the charge for the toppers? These weren't even the toppers from the picture from the cake online. The lady whom I assumed was the owner, said they should've said this when I ordered it. ( I'm fairly certain from the ascent it was her who I ordered it from.)

On the day of the party what is a parent to do? Race around to find another cake or leave with this? I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how she only cared about the next customers in line and didn't make more of an effort. Only spent a small fortune at Party City on colors to match the cake I thought I was getting.

If you want to stress out more than you need to trying to make your child's party memorable and perfect give them a shot. I on the other hand will never choose this...

Ordered door dash through this store. They forgot my son’s ice cream. When I called they offered to drive the missing item to us. I didn’t even ask for them to do this so I was very appreciative as my son was very upset. After I give Alina our address she then states I can’t deliver that far. My address is only 6 miles away. She then began to argue with me. I got a $7 credit from door dash and no solution resolved by the store. Didn’t even offer a free ice cream to make up for their mistake. Terrible service. Will never go to this...
