Burger King Visit Review Arrival:
When I arrived, there were three people in line inside and eight cars in the drive-thru. We decided to order inside. First Impression:
Right at the front door, there was vomit—fresh, green, and a total mess. It was off-putting, but we tried to avoid stepping in it. Ordering Experience:
After waiting, we got to the front of the line only to be told we couldn’t order yet. This just added to the delay, but I didn’t want to argue.
I pointed out to an employee that the vomit was blocking the door and was a health hazard. I mentioned it quietly, hoping they would handle it discreetly to avoid any issues.
Employee Response:
The employee acknowledged me but didn’t seem to take action. He continued to walk out and in through the front door—stepping on the vomit each time and tracking it inside the kitchen.
I watched as they ignored the problem while they served food to the cars waiting outside.
Waiting Period:
We waited about 30 minutes before finally being able to place our order. During this time, I mentioned the vomit out loud to see if anyone would react, but they continued to joke around in Spanish and seemed indifferent. Order Issues:
When we received our order, it was poorly packaged. I walked up to a woman I assumed was in charge and asked, “Who is in charge?”
I then asked her if she would prefer me to complain in English or Spanish. She said English, and when I explained the situation, she condescendingly asked me to “SHOW ME” as if I were lying about the vomit.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, I’m very disappointed and won’t be purchasing anything there for the next couple of months. I like Burger King, but only with coupons, as the prices don’t match the quality or the service. I will be back, but I’ll be hesitant. Or maybe I’ll just eat something else until I forget...
Read moreIm going to avoid profanity so my opinion can be taken seriously. Today I went to this establishment for the second time, and got the second time i was extremely disappointed. The lady behind the counter was very rude, when she assumed i was going to be attempting to use a second App coupon for my one order, i had to explain multiple times that it was set up to get a free item with a purchase. She seemed disappointed about that, then after shes goes behind the wall, it was as if she said something negative to the employees, because they all came to peek around the corner at me one by one.. Then it comes to the REAL PROBLEM. This Burger King has been opened for less than a month and that are alway serving HORRIBLE FOOD.. I'm a long time burger king fan, always loved the food, but the food here is terrible. I ordered a 2 bacon cheeseburger meal, with free nuggets with a purchase, and the only thing hot was the nuggets, the meat on my burger wasnt even warm enough to melt the cheese and the fries were stale as croutons.. To be honest, i may give this location one nore chance if it fails me again i may quit burger...
Read moreI tried this location again from my previous experience 3 years prior...its still the same. The employees they hire are just awful to customers. If the franchise owner or corporations office see this and want to know why this store is slow or produces no profit, it's because of the employees you hire. They treat customers like utter garbage. Its not because of location because Taco Bell is booming.
....Zero stars if it was allowed...For being a brand new store this place is awful. The order was wrong, even after she read it back, the food was still wrong. I went thru the drive thru again to correct it because the lobby was closed. They corrected the order. Then as i drive off, i take a bite of my whopper and the meat is stale, cold and old like it had been sitting there for awhile. Turned my stomach. Just gross. I went through the drive thru again and got my money back. Seems like this location has poor employee habits that is effecting the quality of food and service. I will no longer come here....
