WHY DON'T THEY HAVE ANYONE WORKING AT THE FRONT REGISTER? This location as well as 44th St. and VanBuren! The people that have food stamps have to wait, they can't order at the kiosk! So, me being one who has to use food stamps at the moment, I see the annoyance with the customers as well as the employees. Another thing is the non-food stamp using customers also get very upset when they are ignored because they just want to place their order with a PERSON with awesome customer service, not a machine! The whole reason some people even come inside a restaurant is for the atmosphere and the customer service! If it were me I would pay attention to these customers as well as the DRIVE-THRU! I understand that's your "money maker" but, I say again, I most definitely would not ignore the lovely customers who actually keep the place ALIVE! Otherwise, you are just going to turn into "another DRIVE-THRU place" Just my thoughts. I will say without a doubt, the employees here were working non-stop, but seemed very overwhelmed. Thank you...
Read moreI'll have to try them again but this visit was extremely disappointing. I went to the drive-thru an ordered nuggets and I figured I'd try one of their tacos for a dollar. As soon as I got to the window but young lady handed me the bag. She didn't even ask what kind of sauce I wanted with my nuggets. So I told her what sauce I wanted and she put in the bag. then I asked if the taco comes with hot sauce or not. She said yes. I figured I didn't need any extra then. While waiting to turn right and go to Costco I pulled out the taco. I wouldn't say it was cold but I can comfortably say that it was cool to touch. It looked exactly like Jack in the boxes tacos which tastes a lot better in my opinion. Again, does taco was cold extremely dry and the shell was almost burnt. Very dark brown. When I bit into it it was weird eating this dry cold taco. I opened it up and saw A little dab of meat and zero hot sauce. What a rip. If you're going to copy Jack in the boxes tacos and charge more for them, I might suggest serving them warmer...
Read moreWent in to the dining area just before close then ordered got my receipt and waited for my order. So while I’m standing there I just so happen to glance over at the man working the burger line and had to take a double look at his hands. They were bare! No gloves. He was just putting a patty onto the burger then all the toppings. Then I watched him “clean” his hands via an ol wipe to the pant leg. Then I looked around at every persons hands that were working w food. And NONE of them hand gloves on. I canceled my order immediately. Then the manager asked me why I was canceling so I just pointed to the line cooks hands then he turns around and apologizes and said he has to remind that same guy about gloves on all the time. So think about a person working the cook line w no gloves while they touch your...
