One star due to customer service. My father is going through a transplant work-up and today we were between appointments. We stopped into the “pantry” to sit and eat quickly before his next appt. We have been here a few times in the past few weeks. I understand the cafeteria is closed from 10-1030. The condiment area didn't have the packet I was looking for that my father wanted. I walked up to the gate that separates the cafeteria and heard the cafe staff talking nonwork related. I asked the ladies politely if they can hand me the condiment there wasnt any outside. Before I could even finish two ladies kept shouting “we are closed” multiple times. When I said there wasn't any in the sitting area the other lady said that is because we are closed. As I walked off one of the ladies yelled to me and handed me the packets. The whole time she was yelling they were closed she was literally standing next to the packets. I wasn't trying to go through the gate, nor would I have interrupted them if I saw they were busy working. All I ask is for the staff to have a little more compassion and listen before shouting “we are closed” so rudely. As I walked off another lady said “I'm not nice” she was proud to say this about herself. If this is really her attitude, she is working in the wrong environment. This is a hospital with ill patients. Another idea is to supply the condiment area...

Plus, the prices were better than you would find at most other...
