First Theirs "Ruth" The Complete Package Of A Full Customer Service Barista And Genuinely The Nicest Person You Ever Want Too Meet On Both Your Worst Say Or Your Best. And She Not Only Is Knowledgeable Concerning The Entire Menu, But Understanding The People Who Attempt Or Undecided Order From That Menu. She Makes Life Easy Period, And You Walk Away Feeling Exactly How The Owners HOPE A Customer Would ALWAYS Feel Complete Satisfied And Counting Down The Days Til You Return Back. Absolutely ridiculous that I would be charged for light ice on a water based drink!!!!! How can you justify that? You just add more water and a lot less of the ice you fill up with.
