This was a great deli that was easy walking distance from the nearby medical facilities. We ordered the turkey sandwich, one on a gluten free sub roll and the other on tomato basil bread. When husband bit into his sandwich he was reminded of a deli he used to eat at in San Rafael, CA while in high school. The ingredients were constructed in a way that enhanced each individual flavor. It was like a party in your mouth! We elected to dine outside under the covered patio. The only concern I had was there could have been more attentiveness in wiping down the tables. I always bring my own wipes, so no problem to clean the seating area. The sandwich was quite filling and the little cooking in our bags was the perfect sized after dinner sweet. Husband ordered a coffee and a staff member made a fresh pot and brought it to our table. Thanks to that staff member because no one was standing around idle. Price point of our meals was spot on.

I stopped by Sack’s Art of Sandwich today for lunch, and it was a great experience from start to finish! I ordered the tuna salad sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. The sandwich was very filling—definitely not one of those spots where you leave still hungry. Plus, they add a little cookie on the side, which was a really nice touch! The vibe of the place is great, the staff was friendly, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they serve. I would absolutely come back—either to enjoy the tuna salad again or to try something new off the menu. If you’re looking for a fresh, filling, and delicious lunch spot in Phoenix, I highly recommend giving Suck’s Art of Sandwich a try! #PhoenixEats #SacksArtOfSandwich #LunchWin

I can’t believe I’ve never been here. A friend highly recommended this place and I’m glad I finally listened. Easy to find. Warm and inviting, bistro/diner kind of feel. Everyone was nice and very swift. I believe I ordered the Sacks Symphony. I hadn’t had alfalfa in a sandwich in a long time, particularly because it’s not easily available—I did here! I will definitely be back. I absolutely loved the sandwich and the people here.

As an event planner for a local elementary school program, I was excited to support a locally owned catering company and help build our community. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.

The quality of food and ingredients was below average, and some unapproved substitutions were made — for example, the homemade marinara pasta side was replaced with rotini tossed in salad dressing. The order also arrived without utensils or extra napkins, which created challenges for serving students. The delivery was late, even after confirming details with the owner’s team the day before, and the descriptions and labeling of the sack lunches were unclear, making distribution difficult.

I also reached out to the company afterward to discuss our experience and never received a follow-up call. When I spoke with the owner on the day of the event, the response felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.

This was especially disappointing given that the event was a Title I elementary school field trip funded through a small community grant. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively to improve food quality, communication, and customer care — particularly when partnering with schools and...

Went back after a long time. My Veggie sandwich was just as expected, and reminded me of good old times. We (two of us) weren't too hungry so decided to split the sandwich and got a side of pasta salad. After a short wait, I was handed the bag and I was told they've put two forks in the bag (as they realized we were splitting the meal). To my surprise, I also found an extra cookie in there (sandwiches come with a cookie). I know, just a small cookie. Right? But it's the thought that matters. It did put a smile on my face. Sometimes it's the little things in life that make a difference. Before I wrote the review, I saw someone posted about black/muslim being treated different here. I am a Sikh by religion, have a full beard and also have brown skin. I've never once noticed anyone treating me different at this place. My experience today was definitely five star worthy. I would highly...
