Went through the drive thru around 9pm. We asked if we could order any burger on the menu but switch the beef patty to a GRILLED chicken patty. The gentleman seemed confused at first so I explained that I wanted to order the guacamole bacon burger but switch the beef patty out with a grilled chicken patty, he said that was possible. Got to the window, tried to confirm that it was a grilled chicken patty and not a crispy chicken patty and was essentially cut off (probably because they were busy and he wanted to rush through the night rush) and quickly told "yes it's a chicken patty" so I took his word that it would be right. My reciept says I was charged $3 to switch from a beef patty to a CRISPY chicken patty. Which is a pretty high charge just to switch from beef to chicken...After receiving a crispy patty instead of a grilled I went into the restaurant and explained it was wrong. Gabe proceeded to tell me that I ordered incorrectly and that since he "repeated back the order" I would have to pay for the upcharge to a grilled chicken patty. I thought I was already charged for the switch?? But okay... It was ANOTHER $3 to have it be a grilled chicken patty... So for just the burger it was $13!? The other order on my ticket was for the whole combo and was only $10. It was dissapointing that I was told it was my fault I received the wrong food... To point out the positives, it was very clean inside and out and the food I received was good, but am hoping I was incorrectly rung up because it was not...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went through the drive through and was asked to wait out front for my food, even though there was no one behind me. I waited out front and saw two vehicles come after me and leave before I had gotten my food so I went inside. The assistant manager told me he was just waiting on fries, I asked why in ten minutes that wasn't done already and he just said sorry. The fries come out and he informs me his employee messed up and only made one so now I need to wait for my second order of fries. I told him this was ridiculous I have now waited 15 minutes for food I didn't want to wait anymore. He asked his employee why they didn't make more fries and he said we did we gave them to the other people. I told the assistant manager that was unbelievable that now I had been there 20 minutes and the rest of my food was cold. He said no it wasn't and his employee gave away my fries not him. I demanded my money back and was told that was fine but then I wasn't getting any food. I got my money back but stood there for almost 30 minutes and got nothing. This is the worst customer service experience of my life and I work in customer service. This assistant manager should be fired immediately as he is clearly incompetent and unable to do his job. If you value your time I would go somewhere...
