I am a regular customer of this place. I generally like their chicken shawarma and fries. Today me my husband and our little child thought of visiting this place. So we ordered 1 chicken shawarma and 1 fries and I asked for 3 paper plates so that we can share the food on different plates (we were doing a pick up bcoz I had an infant in the car and we were eating in the car). When asked about the plates the lady in the front desk behaved very rudely with me and said "3 people will share this". I mean how should it bother her how many of us are sharing and what we are doing. When I took some ketchups and spoons and forks she shouted in front of other customers that "do not take sauce and 3 spoons and forks for 1 meal. Is this the way you talk. Does some plastic spoon and fork depend on meals then why don't you put a sign on top of it. I am sorry to say that I am an avid restaurant visitor and never experienced such behavior. This is not the appropriate behavior with customers.
I will take this up in various social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter and others. I will also get in touch with the...
Read moreI recently visited Greek Pita, hoping to indulge in some authentic mediterranean flavors, but my experience left much to be desired. Let's start with the tzatziki, which was an absolute letdown. It tasted sour and looked downright disgusting. The texture was off-putting, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long. I couldn't even bring myself to finish it, let alone enjoy it.
As for the Greek fries, they were easily some of the worst I've had in my life. They were limp, greasy, and lacked any semblance of seasoning or crispiness. It felt like eating soggy cardboard with a hint of oil. It's a shame because good fries can really elevate a meal, but these were a complete miss.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend The Greek Pita to anyone looking for a decent mediterranean meal. The quality of the food was disappointing, especially considering the prices they charge. The flavors were bland, the tzatziki was sour, and the Greek fries were a disaster. Save yourself the disappointment and look for another mediterranean restaurant that actually knows how to prepare their...
Read moreWe have gotten food here a total of three times. The first time, my boyfriend brought us food. He expressed the rudeness from the staff. We just figured it was because it was the end of the day. The second time, I went in for lunch. Once again, RUDE! Couldn't order without being rushed and was a little difficult ordering from the menu, not much details on menu. The third time, I thought if I ordered over the phone, I wouldn't have to deal with the rude staff. I was wrong! Overall, rude staff and unpleasant experience. I guess that explains the empty tip jar when I go in. I will now look elsewhere. All I wanted to was good food to eat and a gyro that was up to par, but not here!!!! Get food elsewhere, Anthem has Mr. Gyro. Which was the first place I've ever had a Gyro and instantly fell in love with...
