So when i go to order my food the clerk has some kind of attitude very impatient impolite he could not understand my order not even close to a smile no welcome to Carl's Jr he checked my cash as if i was a criminal looking for a handout I'm wearing my security work uniform big letters SECURITY and then they served me food that was sitting before I got there, it was not even hot what a waste of money I purchased two five dollar boxes only thing was fresh was the French Fry's cause I stood there and watched while I waited when I asked why did you give me burgers that was sitting I was responded she just made them as I ordered but i was watching whole time as he grabbed the already prepared burger for my wife I am highly dissatisfied but aware a refund would be nothing but a bigger argument all I Wanted was fresh food to feed my pregnant wife and myself guess that's what happens when you order from places that only hire family and friends, not even surprised when I asked for Fry's no salt the cook had to call someone who spoke English, doing great Carl's Jr President.. Equality would take you're business a long way if only you did something... But wait there's more if the store hour's posted says open till 11pm why are employees locking door's at 10:45pm (fire hazard) I would rather give zero star's I have worked in fast food industry and know how big of a matter this is I'm glad I was given the opportunity to inform other's and investors of this businesses.. Will not be ordering again can't throw away anymore money on places that don't appreciate the customer. Hope this information Doe's not get disregarded and actually make's it to the write person who will demand change or will make change's in employees. Enjoy collecting unearned...
Read moreI had an awful experience here yesterday. I waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the employees kept walking right past me not acknowledging my presence. Then finally a girl came out to take my order, I said I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and she had NO idea what I was talking about. I didn't think it was that difficult of an order but she seemed to be so confused as to what a bacon cheeseburger was. She ended up charging me for a DOUBLE cheeseburger w/bacon when I just wanted a regular cheeseburger w/bacon, not a double. I then ordered a hamburger with only ketchup & mayo for my daughter and even THAT confused her. This girl really had no idea what she was doing or what was going on. We waited 20 minutes for our burgers and when we received them, they were cold. My bacon cheeseburger had a weird, chunky white substance on the bun and the burger patties were so thin and looked like they had been sitting out for a while and the bacon was tough and chewy. They put cheese on my daughter's hamburger when I asked for a regular hamburger, NOT a cheeseburger. I haven't been to this location in about a year or so but every other time I have been there, I ordered the same thing. The burger patties were always thick and juicy, the buns were their fresh baked buns and were toasted, the bacon was fresh and crispy, and I never had a problem while ordering, they always knew what I wanted. I mean it's really not that difficult of an order nor is it an unusual order in my opinion. I will most definitely not be going to this location again. I would have been better off...
Read moreLove the California burger and the waffle fries but some of your managers are disrespectful and disregards to a bad situation like my situation on 3/8/24 at around 6pm my rear end in my truck came apart and we had no other choice but to pull into Carl's junior parking lot do to our safety as well as others we had ordered the part to fix it we were just waiting for it and the manager called us deadbeat homeless ppl and gave us 5 minutes to leave or she was calling the cops on us so we had no choice but to leave well because of that we drove my truck down the road well it made the rear end worse and the brake drums which caused the rear end to seize up in the middle of the road now they have to be replaced in my truck which I already know that Carls junior won't help to replace or repair them I am severely disappointed in the Carl's junior for having an employee like that on their payroll due to the inconsiderate nature of the manager we have been unable to get to work and now are currently broke having to spend the last of our money (along with some borrowed from friends and family) in order to get the parts to replace them shame on you Carl's jr for having such a bad crew working for you and because of your employee we are down and unable to work due to we can't afford a $900 dollar rear end...
