I purchased a family meal through their website for delivery for guests. When I received the order, the okra was so overcooked that the interior of the pieces were black and crumbled when you snag them with your fingers! I called, and Rigo said I could get a credit for the next order or I could come in and get a new order, which didn't solve my current issue. After informing him in no way that should have gone out to a customer and that wasn't enough, he gave me a number to call. I called the number and instantly received a voice-mail without a greeting. I then contacted corporate. Finally, the person from the number called and quickly stated she would give a refund for the item since corporate called. If that wasn't enough, she would give me an additional credit for another order. I have no intentions of returning. Since I didn't want to do that, she abruptly ended the call with a condescending thank you. Right on my receipt was a order of sweet tea. No tea. Driver said they told her no drinks on order.I guess she didn't check the receipt either. Read moreThis particular store has always messed up our orders in one way or another, and they're far enough away that we don't go back to correct the problem. Or it's so late they're closed when we get home and figure out the order is messed up. The last time they didn't give us all of the chicken we paid for. They always leave something out. This time I called first and asked if they had enough chicken, because the store near us closed early because they had run out. I was told yes they do but when we got there they didn't.
