This was gross! The box was soaked and soggy and the pepperoncini was rotten and smells disgusting. I got this for my kids as a reward. So I would say they were pretty upset when I wouldn't let him have this disgusting whatever this is. When I called Jessica answered I told her what I was dealing with and her response was I will just refund you throw it away. Awesome so my kids lose their reward I'm out the tip to the driver and all I got was just throw it away. Well I did. I also will never order anything from this location ever again. I placed a delivery order online but given that the estimated time (which was given to me after placing the order) was 119 minutes AT LEAST, we decided to ask to carry out instead by calling the store manager right away. I had to call twice and hold for a combined 25 minutes, on my third call I was just hung up on. We decided to just go in person to ask for the order, which we have done before with no issues. We had to wait 40 minutes with just "its almost ready" and eventually were given the excuse that "since it was originally a delivery to begin with we would have to wait the estimated delivery time anyways". It makes no sense when the pizza isn't even ready, the driver doesn't have it yet, it has already been paid for, to make us wait two hours on top of the 25+ call and wait time in store. Read moreThis place is always under staffed. I feel bad for them because I know customers are getting frustrated with them. I orders a pizza today, after watching the time frame on the app it said it was delivered and never was. I called no one answered. Went to the place and had to wait only saw two young ladies working there. Once I explained I never got a pizza. I asked for a refund. I didn't check the refund receipt when I left. After getting home I noticed the receipt was for a $5 refund and my order was $30.21. Had to go back up to the store and they still didn't get me a full refund. The clerk said she don't know why it was giving me a less amount. So now I will have to dispute it with my cc. I had issues with the place before. Their service is getting worse and worse.
