Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

My family and I have ordered from this Domino's multitudes of times whenever we ourselves are unable to prepare food (due to time or medium-paced needs), and never once have we had an issue. They are a decent distance away from us, and yet the food is still warm and near freshness when it arrives. Every tip we have ever done (both online and in-person) we collectively feel they have definitely earned.

We often order a medium-sized pizza with one topping covering half, and a different topping covering the other. We also usually purchase a salad and chicken pasta (with red sauce), or cheesy bread with marinara sauce. Once we ordered one of their famous brownie-cookie pies (which are AMAZING coming from this location). The pizza is always made-to-order the way we've asked, and still hot when it arrives. The salads are effectively sealed and help us breathe easy (especially with the pandemic around). The pasta does not just come in a bag, it is also extra sealed in a small pizza box to make sure that it is contained no matter what may happen - dedication that is GREATLY appreciated when we are a clumsy family.

They are also doing contactless delivery, which they have stuck to very strictly. We have a table we put out so they can put the delivery on it, and they have done so (not putting anything on the ground, but the ACTUAL TABLE), knocked on the door, and ensured they were away when we opened the door. Many drivers stay to ensure that the correct customer is receiving the pizza, which we appreciate since there are many places that DON'T do that. Each has been very kind, worn a mask, and been extremely courteous (I've been glad to tip any that I am able to do so, as some do leave before I get the chance - I often leave an envelope out for them, but it doesn't always seem obvious).

All-in-all, I've had a VERY good experience with this Domino's Pizza Food and Delivery Service, and would highly recommend this certain location to anyone nearby not wanting to cook dinner every...

I seldom leave reviews, especially when it's a negative review.

I've ordered from this Dominoes for at least 12 years. Over those years, there has always been a single area of disappointment for me.

That disappointment is the sparse amount of meat in their pizzas.

I'm a meat lover and for decades I've always ordered "double meat" or "extra meat".

When I lived in Washington DC, Dominoes was my default pizza. I'd call and order a double sausage, double cheese pizza. The pizzas were always LOADED with sausage and cheesier than you can imagine. I wish I had pictures to prove my point.

Here, at this Dominoes I order "extra" for whatever ingredients I want to be plentiful.

They have NEVER managed to double or even "extra" my ingredients.

Trust me, however, they charge me for the "extra" request.

When the pizzas arrive, I'm disappointed every single time. There's tons of visible crust between pepperoni slices. Or, the sausage is sparingly sprinkled here and there. Sometimes it's so skimpy there are actual slices with no meat at all.

I repeat... they certainly charge me for the "extra" request.

Why am I speaking up now, after all these years?

I've simply grown tired of abusive mediocrity!

Delivery personnel are always pleasant, efficient,...

when i come in i only have a few complaints. firstly, there is a specific driver that never has his mask on, i’ve seen this multiple occasions, and he is constantly scratching himself. secondly, “manger” Josh usual seems to have an attitude whenever we are speak be on the phone or when i’m person. from my own experience, ijust think it is extremely unfair to be having teenagers run an entire store when there are capable adults just watching. it is very stressful to be in the food industry, and as a teenager it was extremely hard for me too. i do have many things i love about this location for one, the people that do work on the inside are always so nice to me. they will stop doing whatever it is to come and assist up front. the two tall young men, one wears glasses, and the other has blonde hair, that work there have such good customer service skills. there is another young man who is sometimes quite who is always very professional and i’ve never had a bad experience with him. another young man who wears glasses, sometimes makes jokes with me when paying. lastly, there is a young lady who has such nice eyeliner and she is very kind, and seems to genuinely like talking to customers. i’m giving a four out of five stars because i do enjoy the food and the customer service from these specific people....
