Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Absolutely the worst! Seriously terrible! I would never even think about ordering from Dominoes again. I have had three or four terrible delivery experiences with this location since I moved to Phoenix. I've waited for HOURS for my delivery on several occasions and twice the manager Alex has called me to tell me they don't have delivery drivers to deliver my order. I honestly have no idea how they are still in business. I gave them several chances at the beginning when I first moved to the area in case they were having a bunch of off nights, but I became so annoyed and frustrated the last time ordered after waiting hours for my delivery and attempting to call them multiple times and not being able to get through that I decided not to order from them again. Today my daughter suggested we give them one more try since it's been a few months since the last time we tried to order, and she likes their pizza. About 10 minutes after we placed our order, I received a call from Alex saying he doesn't have any delivery drivers, so my order was canceled. It's so weird that this has been such a longstanding issue. I did complain to Dominoes corporate after my last experience with this location, and I got zero response from them. I'd say to avoid this Dominoes location entirely and possibly all Dominoes. I am still mystified that they are able to stay in...

8/9/2020: Worst experience, extremely disappointed. Never had an issue with this Dominos location up until now. My buddies and I ordered 3 medium pizzas and 3 orders of 8 piece wings yesterday for delivery. Ordered at 12:25am and said it was 35 min delivery. We said okay perfect by 1am it will arrive. So 1:15am hits and we call the place to see what's going on or how much longer we had to wait. No one is picking up. On hold for 23 minutes 22 seconds and the call drops. What's the point of having a phone? So I told my buddies to drive up there and see what's going on. They all had to stop what they were doing and head up there (while drinking all night and hungry). Sure enough they get there at 1:40am and Dominos said they never got the order (I have the order confirmation) and there was nothing they can do, especially because they were 20 mins away from closing so they couldn't really help us since "everything has been washed and put away". I had the most outstanding experience with our pizza delivery driver, Richard ! He provided amazing customer service that truly exceeded all expectations. The delivery was quick, and the he arrived with a warm and friendly smile that immediately brightened our my day after meetings upon meetings.

He made sure our pizza arrived fresh and hot, he went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests without any hesitation. His attention to detail and dedication to making our experience exceptional truly stood out.

Richard has undoubtedly set a high standard for customer service, and his exceptional performance deserves all the praise. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a top-notch pizza delivery experience.
