Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Very disappointed. Not sure how hard it is to find the house in Phoenix that I’m staying at when it’s a regular block of homes. I sat outside in the porch 2 minutes before the driver named Nora was supposed to arrive and I didn’t see anyone. My live map on the dominoes link said she arrived and delivered my pizza when clearly I had no pizza in my hands. Not sure how she got paid either because I did put on the cash upon delivery. Not happy at all !!

OK so I’m editing this comment. I did call the manager up a few days later and incurred the roaming and long distance charge but I saw that the church charge for the pizza had gone on my credit card as a pending charge because I provided the credit card before I did not go through because it was a Canadian credit card and when I spoke to the manager she did say that they did not deliver at all and that that pending charges be dropped within a few days. She clearly explained which I admit now after she explained it, that it was my user error and assuming that I would be getting that pizza because I had put Road instead of Avenue and it was the opposite direction of the city so they would’ve never delivered that pizza because out of their jurisdiction which is true after the fact when I looked at it. It was absolutely my fault and that’s why I was waiting for so long. The manager was really nice and explaining all of that and I was extremely professional and I have so much respect for her and for that location for the amazing customer service at the end of the day. This is the second time they have messed up my order. I left it to things happen the first time but because of it kept my order short and simple this time. One Large Pepperoni pizza with extra Cheese.. And what i got was a cheese pizza. This is now the second time with the same team. I ordered my pizza 2/27/19 at 1pm the man who answered and my self discussed my friend picking up my order as now I dont trust them to bring everything in delivery based on the first order my wings and drink were missing and they didn't refund it as he said he would when he got back to the store. When my friend got there to get the pizza they told him they didn't have an order for anyone by that name. I had to come all the way there, to get a cold cheese pizza with no napkins no plates no bag.. Just a box in my hand of a pizza that had been sitting out. I will no long order or eat at any location as this one has turned me away from the brand. The store needs a new team and a serious manager who wants to earn business and bring brand quality product to it's guest. It's sad to be taken advantage of without my refund and to have to pay for a pizza I didn't order and it be cold at that with nothing to eat it with or on. Very poor quality store! Twice is more than enough of a lesson...

On January 9th order my food at 7:02pm. The order was getting checked for quality at 7:35pm. At 8:25pm I called the restaurant as tracker said it was still at the store, my kids enjoy watching the tracker. I called and was on hold for 21 min and then the tracker showed out for delivery. I’m sure they saw my number on their caller ID. The manager delivered it to me nearly 2 hours after it was ordered and it sat for most of that time. Plus they did not provide me with a receipt. Then stated he would refund the order, I didn’t ask him to however that would have been the right thing to do. Low and behold my card is still charged, the food was cold, I had ate some leftovers as it took way too long the kids were upset and tired. This would have been a 4 star review had he comped the meal, instead it’s a 1 star. Do what you say you will do, if the tracker says 60-73 minutes hit that window, if you can’t call the customer or comp the meal. If you say you will comp the meal make sure you follow thru. If your store is understaffed interview and hire more people. The manager was super nice and apologetic but didn’t follow thru with a promise and I missed my 16 hour...
