New update 4 days later. My money still has not been returned after a charge of higher price than the original was placed!
An important update on this fiasco . I had to contact customer service after a charge at a higher price was noticed in my account then my original order that was supposed to be reimbursed! It turned out that this branch is Corporate owned. Sydney in customer service was amazing and immediately accommodated the issue and contacted the NCO. I will be awaiting their call.

Just made an order and still haven't recieved it. I've been on the phone trying to touch base with the branch but there is still no answer.
I called the managers phone number and still no answer. It is now 15 minutes making a call to the manager, no answer, calling branch, 7 minutes to speak to anyone. All while attempting to change information but website doesnt allow to change the phone #!?. I am still on hold by the way. It is now over 30 minutes of trying to contact someone and nobody answers.
Now and hour later. I finally get to speak with Martin at the branch. After checking the order, it is indicated that he has to wait until the driver walks back into the store. Which kevin indicated that would be in about another hour! To reimburse or create the order again!? What type of customer service is that? No compensation for the horrible service provided.
I have to wait an additional hour to give me my money back or make the order again after not receiving my order trying to speak with a person for an hour already!?
Clearly the code of ethics with dominos is not up to par! I will NEVER order from this franchise again and I will prevent anyone I know from experiencing this Ludacris inconvenience from this franchise by spreading the word!
Now 2:17pm and on the phone for 17 minutes without speaking to anyone, after an order not received that was ordered at approximately 11:50am and told to wait for a call back for an hour at approximately 12:23pm. I am still awaiting a decent form of customer service.
After the failed service, I had to walk into the store front to advise them of the bad service. After speaking with Martin, he initially stated that it was due to the address stating it was drive not Lane.
After checking again he noticed it did in fact say lane. I informed him that I still wanted the order but that there was no way I was going to pay gor it.
After requesting a form of customer resolution after 3 hours for an order or reimbursement I eventually recieved my options being a re-creation but no compensation, or compensation with no re-creation. I again stated that i still wanted the order but there was no way i could pay for it after having to come to the store front. Finally he offered a free pizza along with full re-fund. Although resolved, the issue was too outstanding and took too much work from a customer only to recieve an ultimatum, negotiate and resolve the issue.

Read moreI use this location a lot and the outcome always varies. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes its bad. Let me start off by saying I was an employee of another Domino's for almost a year and even worked at this particular location for a very short period of time. So I know exactly how the pizzas are (and food is) supposed to be made and how things are done. I made an order yesterday, Saturday 3/10/18, and the preparation was horrible. There were a TON of bubbles in our pizzas which should have been popped during cooking, and due to how many, honestly remade. The toppings were also very disappointing. Ingredients should be placed evenly around the whole pizza so every piece has each ingredient on it. Each of our slice's didn't even have 1 piece of each ingredient on it. Actually, numerous pieces didn't have each ingredient on it. Overall there were like NO ingredients on the whole entire pizza (both) - even though they were obviously paid for. So we basically paid for items we didn't receive. When you have plans and don't find this out until you get where you need to be, you just deal with it and eat it. However, that is why I am writing this review. It would be greatly appreciated if EVERYONE who worked at this location would produce the same quality of food and follow the policies on how to make it. The general manager Nicole started to argue with me and said my pizza was made right and tells me her employees have been putting too many toppings on pizzas. So when I brought the pizza back to show them , she called the police on me as soon as I walked into the store. Is this what Domino’s is doing now calling the police on customers that have complaints??? After her boss Michael came to the store cause no one could help us or talk to us,all he did is talk to us like little kids and also threaten to have the cops get us for trespassing. I asked him for what, and he said if we made his employees feel threatened they could get me for trespassing.
