Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phoenix

MANAGER ASHLEY IS RUDE AND A LIAR!! I was excited this Dunkin opened up as I grew up here. I am a Disabled Retired Veteran! Dunkin my entire career has offered law enforcement and military a discount. I visited this location twice the first time I came in no problem they gave me the 10’percent discount. I came back the next day as I was planning on becoming a regular and a man at the front counter was taking our order. I said I am military and showed my military ID. He went to ask Ashley the manager if they give military discount and she said we don’t offer any discounts?!! I was just there the day before with my wife and we had the receipt and in BIG LETTERS says MILITARY discount on it, we showed it to him and he said I will give you the discount. I can’t believe a manager would act or treat any Military/Veteran in this manager. I have always raved about Dunkin because they support us! The main reason I don’t go to Starbucks is because of the support!! Shame on Ashley and her disrespectful disregard for the men and women who served this country. Pretty disappointed. They just opened and as I was ordering through the self service screen I overheard the employees offer a free medium coffee to the guest next to me as part of their grand opening special (a free medium coffee with any purchase ) They noticed I completed my order and never said one word to me. They also left out all flavors I ordered for my coffee, bad enough they don’t offer heavy cream like most other locations, but I was completely disappointed when I took my first sip.
