Our server Jennifer at first greeting smiled and seemed nice but I simply asked if we could sit outside and she seemed bothered. Automatically she stopped smiling and stood there grabbing the menus off the original table and told us we can sit wherever. I walked outside and again it was not that busy. I requested to sit outside cause there were available tables inside and outside.

I didn't think much of it but as we were ordering we had questions but she seemed uninterested in guiding us through the food. We were trying to figure out if the dish was a good choice and she just stared at her screen uninterested.

Again I thought maybe she didn't hear so I tried to ignore it.

Then our food is ready and she just places it on the table not a word and walks away. Didn't ask us if we needed anything. We were out of water and she didn't even come check on us. I wanted more lime and again she was no where to be seen. I get it she was probably busy but this other server was busting his ass working hard running tables and even came to pick our dishes up and asked if we needed anything.

I truly appreciated his help. Jennifer clearly doesn't like her job and loves to make her customers feel like a bother. I didn't leave her a tip and we got up and left. She seemed like she knew we were mad because again not a word. Just charged my card and left the receipt. I apologize for the manager and the other hard workers there. Coming from the food industry it sucks having to work twice as hard when you have workers like her bringing the team and environment down. I know this review affects everyone but workers like her...

Honestly I have lived close by this restaurant for about 3 years and finally went to try it with my wife and I have to say the food was decent. I was expecting to be blown away based on there prices. We spent 60 dollars excluding tip for our meal, now granted these were very high quality meat and fish dishes but for my meal of the chicharrón de rib-eye. It's a deep fried rib-eye steak cut up into chucks and served in a larval rock bowl on a bed of avocado, with what im assuming are two totada shells and 2 corn quesadillas and no other sides. I don't know if it's because of my large stature but that was not enough to satisfy me cause I wanna say it was 8ozs or less of steak but if I had wanted to add any sides to any of the meals on the steak menu it was 3 or more dollars but at the same time I was unable to ask our waitress cause we were given the impression that she didn't want to be there cause all of our interactions were so quick then we didn't see her for 10-15 mins between seeing her, now i understand this is a Mexican sea food and steak restaurant but the language barrier did not help me. I understand that, that is my problem and not on them so thats what made the experience a little harder to communicate with my waitress as i am still a beginning spanish speaker but if your very fluent by all means your experience will more than likely be better. All in all the prices match the quality of what we were given but the portion sizes did not in my opinion and the low interaction with our waitress was a major factor...

We usually come to celebrate our family members' birthdays several times a year the most recent being November of 2023. We always try to make a reservation to let them know we are coming since we are a large party. This last visit on 3/30/24 was by far the worse. We made our reservations days in advance so they had plenty of time to prepare for our party of 14. The waitress I'm not sure if she was new or can't handle large parties but she was very forgetful. I personally asked for a lemonade never came until I told a different waiter who ended up taking over for the waitress. I asked for salsa 4 times,I asked for corn tortillas guess what,I got flour. Manager literally never came to check on our table, not once. Will we be back yes the food is tasty but won't be back in large groups anymore as they seem not to be able to handle that anymore or don't prepare ahead of time as other restaurants designate 2 staff members to us. I hope they read this review and consider preparing for large parties better because the food and drinks...
