Don’t know how to begin. This place smh. I don’t know why I let my wife still orders from here. From online orders getting completely messed up to finding bugs in salad. There was a time I had to go back because my online order was wrong and when I got back to drive through I had the gentleman on microphone mocking me for coming back. When I got to the window I asked for him to give me my food and gave him same energy. He asked me why the attitude and I told him what was up. Asked if he would like we could further discuss the situation after close in 10 mins. All of a sudden his attitude changed. The fact that I got attitude and all the bs because they messed up an online order is so beyond comprehension. Can the people y’all hire even read? When I called about the gentlemen’s attitude I was told it would be taken care of, how she just took over management, and how she’s making change blah blah blah. Last time we went we found a bug. The lady handled it so professionally I can’t complain. Sent her a picture, she gave us a gift card, and remade my wife’s order. Sad part is we were recommended another location further away. It’s sad when a location has to recommend another location.
Today was simply just it. In a hurry. Kids calling for breakfast burritos. I rush to place an order so I can pick up before 11 because breakfast ends. Pick up order was for 10:46. I am there at 10:47 and they saying my order is still being worked on. That’s fine, I don’t mind the wait. 5 mins goes by and the lady opens the window bs says 4 burritos. I ordered 5. Told her and she corrects. Hands me my burritos and says have a good day. I tell her I’m missing drinks. She then says one frozen strawberry and immediately I correct her and say 4. So I have to wait longer. Should I even start on the times I ordered online around 8:15 8:30 and I get told they only are taking cash payments the card system is down. So run to the circle k on opposite corner and pull cash. One time I had cash and card and they tried pulling cash only and when I said I had that as well there was all of sudden an issue with the whole system. I called them out on how many times in the week their system goes down and how it always the night shift. They just handed all my food for free and said sorry.

I boldly decided that I wanted to try a breakfast burrito from here, but that was a mistake. I ordered through the app and set it for a 10:10 pickup time. I got there around 10:10 and the nice lady came to the window and asked for my name, which I gave her. She went back in and I I didn’t see another employee come back to the window until 10:24. That was also only because another customer came up and rang the bell. If he hadn’t, I have no idea how much longer it would have taken. I felt guilty ringing the bell again, because I didn’t want to be a burden on the employees. In the 15 minutes that I was waiting there, they served about half a dozen people through the drive thru. I’ll be honest, it makes no sense that someone who ordered after me should get their food first, but what do I know? I wouldn’t have minded if I was informed that it was going to be 15 minutes late… at least I could have waited in my car, instead of outside. Anyway, this location seems to be a bit confused in the early morning. I only recommend getting a salad from here, the burrito was 100 percent not worth the wait. I think I will cut back on going here from my usual 1-2 times a week. I had my time wasted and received nothing...

I have been without a debit card since about January (COVID-19 has made it hard for me to go in for a new one), so, I've been using Google pay every time I go through their drive through. The other night, I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap and a (I think it is called) a BBQ south west chicken wrap. That is what I order every time. I pulled to the window and the girl told me they don't, and have never accepted Google pay. But that seems incorrect, since that is the only form of payment I have been using since January. So, we had to leave to go get cash and the girl said she would keep my order. We got back, and we paid. Then, the girl (which was a different girl than we originally were dealing with), asked me what my order was, because apparently they just deleted my previous order. When I repeated my order, she then told me that the ites I wanted were not on the menu. What the heck? I literally made the order 15 minutes before this and no one said anything about those items not being sold anymore. So, we settled with something different and went on with our days. Like I said...great prices and no matter what you get, its all super delicious...but their customer service, menu and payment knowledge...
