When I got to the restaurant there was no one at the counter. A worker very rudely said she would be there in a minute. The other employees all looked at each other because of how rude she spoke. Another employee came to take my order and the lady in the lobby yelled at her that she would help me. She continued to speak very rude. She took the order, order came out completely wrong. I let her know that it not what I ordered. She very rudely told me I was wrong. At this point I was very upset but did not saw anything because my young child was with me. The lady came and took my food and yelled at me from the counter asking me what I wanted. I told her nothing and waited for my child to finish eating the lady then slammed my refund on the table and walked away. I will never visit this place again. There is no such thing as customer service. This lady is the first person you see when you walk in and she is the rudest person ever. The owner needs to visit this location. It is apparent the management does not value...

"What do you want to order". I started off with a "hello, good afternoon " he wore no name tag, and the name on the receipt was generic. I ordered a dragon roll, the order was up in 6 min. It was a Sunday and there were people in the lobby...but just one order about 4 minutes in front of me. I waited in a booth..that was dirty...and noticed the dirty empty booths around me as well. I took it home and was VERY DISSATISFIED in the wasabi size!! I understand some people might throw it away, but I asked for it! Read moreI have ordered delivery thru grubhub numerous times mostly getting sushi. Everytime it has come with ginger and wasabi, like most sushi. This time it did not, so I called and asked if I needed to request this as it has not been so in the past. After being put on hold a female told me that "some people don't like wasabi and ginger" and I have to request it in the future. She then went on and explained to me how people throw it away and it is a waste for them etc... I totally get that it is food waste if nobody uses it and affects your cost but really wasabi and ginger with sushi is like chips and salsa, it makes sense. I'm pretty sure this was just a miss, which is fine (it happens) but the lame excuse and having food waste explained to me was a little ridiculous.
