What happened to the days where Panda has fresh food and actually gave you good serving sizes? Not only did they skimp on the servings but the Honey Sesame Chicken seemed to have more green beans than it did chicken. Mind you their advertising shows otherwise. And when I asked for a few more pieces of chicken I was met with a snarky response of ā€œthat’s 1 spoonful or you can pay extraā€. Which she just flung all the food in the box so some fell out on the way to the box, and why I asked for a few more pieces. The rice used to actually fill up the area where they place it and round it off. Now it’s just flat, not even higher than the side of the bottom half of the box. The young lady was definitely quite short like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t care about the quality of food or service she was providing. Then the young lady at the counter was in lala land. Asked for 2 drinks and then we had to remind her as she was walking away to get our drinks, and seemed like asking for a few extra soy sauce made it come directly out of her paycheck. While this location is nice inside since it’s relatively new, I’m not sure I’ll be back. Off putting staff that doesn’t seem to care and then smaller food portions. I’ll just travel a little further to my normal favorite Chinese restaurant for better service, portions and hot food.

Been coming here since 2020 and I’m offically over it…I’ve dealt with the attitudes, the mushy food etc but I just give cooks a chance… however I’m really sad and had to finally say something… There was a piece of glass in my orange chicken. I opened up my food in my car and started eating and baM:( it’s so horrifying. I know you said the system was down, told us it was going to be a long waiting period, you guys were rushing and closing but dang… be careful! I am a cook and know how it is, when something breaks nearby, you clean and get rid of ALL surrounding food that could possibly be contaminated. I hope I didn’t make anyone upset and it was intentional towards me. If I was not exhausted and tired I would go down there but I don’t want any confrontation. I haven’t ate, had a headache and long day and just wanted a quick bite to eat…

Stopped at restaurant #2916 on Peoria and 35th on my way home and ordered a two entree plate of orange and teriyaki chicken with chow mein a long with spring rolls and a drink. To my surprise when I got home, my food had a hair. I do not live down the street from this establishment and when I called to inform the restaurant, Erica said she could not do anything unless I came back to the restaurant with food and receipt in hand only to be able file a complaint. While I understand this may be a process, it is not at all fair to a customer who does not live near by the restaurant. It is their duty as an establishment to make sure their employees provide food to customers free of foreign objects. I will not be coming back to his restaurant.

this is the third time i’ve been through the drive through at this panda express. not only has it been a 20-30 minute wait every single time but they’ve drastically messed my order up and i’ve had to drive back from my house. on 1 occasion i asked the cashier at the drive through window if i could add something else onto my order that i haven’t even paid for yet and she refused to do it even though they were extremely slow. i never feel welcomed when i walk in not a single worker greets me or says hello. the very first time they messed my order up i walked in and up to the ordering area and they stood around lollygagging and waited a good 3 minutes to approach me. i asked for the manager and they didn’t go look or call for a manager. not only did the young woman who was helping me ignore my request for the manager but she was constantly talking over me. later on, i decided to give you guys a second chance and to my surprise my order was completely wrong, AGAIN! it was extremely busy at this time and i didn’t want to deal with going back in so i decided to just take what they gave me and go home. today at 2:22 pm i went through the drive through and got my usual order and what do you know i get that bag of food and nothing is correct! let me remind you they aren’t busy at this point. i go inside and didn’t want to wait in the line so i walk directly up to the register with my bag of food and just like the other time i am not greeted for a while. after finally getting greeted the first thing the woman said to me upon approaching was ā€œdid your drive through order get messed up?ā€ they didn’t even apologize for screwing up my order or give me a comp. the food was awful, service was terrible. i would never spend my...

Eh there good afternoon. I just attended the professional interview at your peoria address.

It was not professional the poor manager Yervaldi I think was overwhelmed I could tell, I was there for an 11 o'clock to 11:30 interview as stated in the email I was sent. I showed up at 10:33 there was already someone there being interviewed ahead of time not dressed professionally dressed in a golf polo shirt. But he was given a half hr because he sat there flirting with her n her flirting back asking personal questions. I was given none of that consideration. Like what r my hobbies or asperations. I was sitting 6 feet away so i heard the whole interview it was almost like a 1st date over an interview. In the mean time 1/2 a dozenĀ  or more people show up and an employee shows up and starts a sign up sheet for people to be interviewed randomly not in order of arrival.

I don't know if they were given an interview time or not Yervaldi stated some was suppose to be there at 11 to do interviews. When I left at 11 no one had shown up. It was one of the worst interview experiences I've had very disappointed for a professional interview was not given proper consideration because your company that I really wanted to work definitely did not conduct a professional interview.

Who tells you to show up at a given time for a scheduled time interview then it becomes an open unorganized free for all.

Sorry I wasted your time.

Sincerely,

If your a 25 -30 year old Asian kid you have a chance 1 guy was in this category 1 20 something Caucasian girl a 20-30. African American n everybody else was over...

I've been seeing your commercial on tv and have been craving panda express. So I decided after work I would stop by and pick up a teriyaki chicken bowl with rice. I arrived through the drive through around 9:30pm and ordered my teriyaki chicken bowl. I was told it was going to be a 6 minute wait and to pull into the Risas dental place next door. I pulled into the parking lot and smoked an entire cigarette (10 minutes per cig) and still no sign of my order. Growing angry I decided to call the store to find out where my food is. I call and they say its gonna be another 10 minutes. So I decided to pull around to their parking lot because Risas is a dark parking lot ar night in a bad neighborhood. I pull around and the cashier comes out and offers for me to wait inside or see what else they have. I go inside and am highly disappointed. There was basically nothing but spicy food. And I cannot have spicy food. Extremely disappointed I asked them to ask the cooks how long it was going to be, they rudely replied it was going to be 20 minutes. Fed up I just chose mushroom chicken. If I wasnt so hungry and running out of time I would have just got my money back. NEVER going to panda express again after this awful experience. You need to retrain your staff on cooking food in a timely manner and how to talk to customers. The cashier was nice but I feel like she should have given me my money back and free food for having to wait for nearly 30 minutes. I work in customer service and I would have given the customer at least a free cookie...
