Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phoenix

Hello fellow Dunkin donuts lovers. I usually pick up an iced mocha coffee or an iced latte about two to five times a week. I rode my bicycle to 1909 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041 Dunkin donuts. I parked my bike outside the front entrance locked to a sign. I entered the business and I went to the restroom and I was out of breath from riding. I use a Ventolin inhaler medication to help my lungs to open up and be able to breathe properly. This inhaler was left in the restroom at the Dunkin donuts. I ordered a latte at Dunkin donuts on Tuesday May 14th of 2019 at 4:34:46 pm. I sat inside the Dunkin Donuts and I drink my latte before I left. I left the Dunkin donuts and I rode home. That night I had an asthma attack and I did not have my inhaler. I spent the night deciding whether I should go to the hospital or not. Wednesday around 11:30 p.m. I leave home and I arrive at the Dunkin donuts that I left my inhaler in the restroom at 1909 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041. I spoke with one of the staff and they get the manager. The manager had said the inhaler was thrown in the trash. Anything that gets left at the store gets thrown away. So I became disheartened and went out to their dumpster and dug through their trash to try to find my inhaler that cost me $75. The inhaler had only been used a couple of times. I could not find the inhaler and I went home. I don't believe its policy that staff throw away things that their customers leave in their store. Especially something that's medication or keys or cell phone. This is a Dunkin Donuts I won't go back to because the manager wasn't very nice. The manager didn't seem to care that something that was thrown away could have saved my...

Terrible customer service. At the door there is a sign that says mobile orders only and drive thru. Once I enter the are 3 people waiting they don’t get helped so they leave. Another customer comes in and waits behind. There are about 4-5 people working behind the counter. I wait a bit and then get told they are only taking mobile orders or drive thru.

I told the girl in the back counter I need to order a dozen donuts and they never let me pick my donuts at the drive thru and that I need to go into the lobby. I have previously been told this several times at the drive thru even though this is a donut shop. The girl behind the counter says that’s because the cars get backed up. I told her that’s why I am in here ordering my dozen donuts. She says ok hold on, and leaves.

Another girl working there comes up to me and says they are only doing drive thru and mobile orders. I tell her the same thing I told the other girl. She says we do let you pick your donuts at the drive thru and I can’t take your order here. The customer behind tells her the same thing they never let her pick her donuts at the drive thru either even though it’s a donut shop, and she told them she wants to order her donuts here. The girl said no they can’t sell donuts in the lobby and the customer says where is the policy that says that. The girl says the manager told her that’s the policy. The customer says I am going to buy donuts here. The girl says well I am not going to ring you up and walks away.

I left, she didn’t want to ring us up for donuts in the lobby due to policy. The mobile orders don’t let you choose your own donuts for a dozen neither at the drive thru...

Unfortunately today is a bad day. I've been doing business with cobblestone for over 6 years and I've had a number of vehicles that I've done the ultimate or the unlimited car. Wash with and today. I check my bank statement so I definitely suggest that you check your bank statements. Everyone to make sure that they're charging you as they should period. As I recently checked my bank statements I realized. That they're. Charging. Me $35 a month instead of the $19 a month plan that I signed up with years ago. This is when the car wash opened on fifty first avenue in baseline. I called the corporate office to took them almost 2 weeks to get back to me. Then she says that she can only give me half price on the $35 car wash that they have me on now for 2 months and they cannot. Restore the nineteen dollar plan that was on there from years ago. I stated to her that it's only right to restore me back to the plan that I had because that's what I signed up with years ago when I. Asked the gentleman to take off a vehicle that is no longer connected to me. He took off the nineteen dollar plan instead of the thirty five dollar plan which is the one that I requested to take off.. This is very unscrupulous and I am now going to detach myself from cobblestone car wash because they can see that I had the old plan. But they won't restore it. She? Said that she cannot. Neither would she even give me a discount for the for the year for the additional $16. A month that they have been charging me extra on very sad and unfortunate day for cobblestone to lose a 6 year customer over things that they...
