Dunkin' — Restaurant in Phoenix

Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin I've ever had this misfortune to live near. If you mainly order ahead through the app, I'd find another location. They NEVER made it ahead and you will ALWAYS have to wait for them to make it right in front of you, and even then they forget items AND make them terribly wrong! I never had any of these issues at my other favorite location.

The lights never work on their menu board and their entire lot had all the lights out the last time I went. Extremely sketchy at 5:30 am, you can't even tell they're open. I've started walking in instead of drive thru so I could see how my items were being made since I've been burned so many times. Completely empty and nonstop beeping from all the orders coming and and not being acknowledged. I saw my order receipt still sitting there waiting to be started, 10 minutes after placing. The 1 employee finally walked up from the back after almost a full minute of me waiting for service. Then proceeds to rush my order, undercooking all my food and making a mostly ice and matcha powder latte.

I'll be finding a better location until they properly train or find...

This particular DD doesn’t have donuts too frequently, specifically powdered donuts. Sometimes they’ll “make them” on the spot by applying powdered sugar to old fashions, but today, they powdered a completely different donut, and well… In the grand scheme of life, this is kinda silly to complain about, but I come here often to get powdered donuts, and half the time they’re out.

Sometimes they’ll just give me random donuts instead, and I find out once I’ve driven away, and am disappointed…. So I start crying in the car and JKJK.

The other issue is the coffee, half the time it’s cold and just not right, like it’s been sitting around and it’s just not acceptable to have these issues so often.

They may offer a donut full of candy, but they don’t have the basic classic donuts I’m craving.

Hence the detailed review and a single star..

DD, please improve the quality of service, and kindly communicate to your customers when out of something instead of switching it out with something else.

Don’t be sketchy.

If I could leave negative stars somehow I would. Their hours online and on the windows by the door say they open at 430am. Its currently 512am as I'm sitting in their parking lot leaving this review. Pulled thru the drive thru and sat at the ordering screen for bout 7 or 8 mins, no worker took my order. So I drove around and parked in the lot and walked up to door only to find out that both doors remained locked. I see 3 workers walking around in side and clearly they're supposed to have already been open per their own dunkin hrs listed and are not. I knocked nicely on the window and one lady mouthed to me they are closed. No reason was given to me as to why they aren't open almost an hr after they should've been open. Like I said, if I were able to give this location negative stars I would but I can't, so 1 star it is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess Starbucks it is!
