Up until Friday I went through this drive through at LEAST 3 times a week. Due to my experiences last week, I’ll never go back here. I spend about $10 each time I go, and last week had to throw away what I ordered 3 of the 5 days I went. The first strike was when I asked for 3 orders of hash browns. I drove away, and when I went to eat my hashbrowns I found I was actually given a stale blueberry muffin. Threw that in the trash. Another morning I asked for a French vanilla iced lattes. Drove away and it was the most unidentifiable taste. I’m not sure if the milk was bad or what, but again, in the trash. Finally Friday I decide I’m not going to let of couple bad experiences keep me from my favorite coffee. So my boyfriend and I go through the drive thru per usual. He gets his croissant sandwich and hashbrowns, I get my French vanilla iced latte. So we drive away (mind you, it’s still kind of dark outside) and I take a sip of my drink and spit it out. I was given a cup of cream and sugar with whipped cream. There was no coffee at all. I was sure this had to be a prank. I call the store when I get to work and ask to speak to the manager. She tells me while she “just can’t see this happening” (as if I don’t have better things to do with my Friday than call and make up stories) if I still have my receipt I can go in and get another one. This wasn’t a satisfactory solution to my 3 days of poor service, incorrect orders and money wasted- so I called corporate. They had better customer service and were apologetic and assured me they would have the OWNER of the store contact me. I was satisfied but that was actually a lie. They had the same manager I had already spoken to email me apologizing for my bad experience. Yes, the same manager who handles my feedback by advising she “just can’t see that happening.” What piss-poor business. Read moreI used to come to list location everyday before work. I'm not sure what happened, but they started messing up my order every time. I'm lactose intolerant, so I ask for almond milk. They would chare me for it and give me milk anyway, which made me get sick. So I stopped going. Only rarely would we go back and only get black iced coffee, maybe a flavor. Today, was absolutly our last visit to this location. We ordered two iced cofees black, with flavors. It tasted so bad. Like it was old, stale coffee, almost rancid. I called to see what we could do to fix this snice both were not drinkable, the manager was nice at first and became noticeably irratated at the end of the call. They offered to remake the coffee if we went back. So we did. As I walked in, I waited and I was polite. Not rude at all, I understand things happen sometimes, but the manager just came over took the recipe and almost angrily told the barista to make the 2 coffees. She never once looked at me the entire time. I started talking with another customer about unrelated topic and kept it light and we were have a pleasant talk. Then the manager came to the counter and just said "Taste." I walked over to the counter and she just pointed to the door and said strwas are over there." Then walked in the back. All the while never once looking at me face. I tried the drinks and they were a little better but still had old taste to them. Read moreI work in the medical field and have no time to drive and get coffee or food so I use Door Dash a lot. Unfortunately, they select what Dunkin to pick up from, I have to say I wish they would go to the other one on Thomas. Every time I order and this store picks it up they either don't make my drink as I selected and or it's the wrong drink all together. I ordered an iced Mocha coffee with extra ice extra cream and Mocha. Tell me why my drink isn't brown but green. How do you mix up Macha with Mocha. Then I have to report to Door Dash and in order to have it reordered I am paying double the price cause I am only reordering a drink. Due to this I figured since I am paying double the price why not have the new Door Dash Driver pick up the messed up drink and my new drink. I attempted to call this store 15+ times and they either didn't answer or sent me to their generalized voicemail. Prior to the medical field I worked as a GM and or Manager in the food industry. I would never allow this to happen, let alone ignore the customer. I have gone to corporate at this point cause I can't talk to anyone at the store. I am demanding a in store credit of two iced coffee's preferable at another store. I know this may seem petty but I don't know where they were instructed on customer service etiquette, but they have dropped the ball. Do yourselves a favor go to a different Dunkin Donuts.
