Here’s the thing: I love this location and many of the broistas I’ve met. I’m a regular here and they’re always happy to see me when I come through (which really makes my day). My drinks are well made and I’ve never had an issue that they didn’t fix. But you know what I don’t love? When I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes, have already let someone who got there after me go in front of me because of the way the line works, AND, once I’ve had my order taken and I’ve driven up to get behind the car I was told to, having the two teenagers in the car after that one (again, already there later than me) attempt to cut me off by blocking the space I was trying to get into and pretending not to notice me. I honked at them to remind them that I needed to get in before them, but they only honked back and laughed at me. What I also don’t love is that when I did manage to get in front of them, they began honking at me relentlessly, flipping me off, getting out of the car to take a picture of my license plate, and continuing to give me the finger while I was getting my drinks. I think this is unacceptable for customers to be expected to deal with. It really put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. I believe that if an employee is outside taking orders and hears the numerous honks exchanged—or even the employees at the window, because this was visible from there—they should be sending someone in to intervene. Intervention is also something I’ve seen done at other locations, so I am aware that this is at least possible. Had that happened, I probably wouldn’t be so soured over this incident. Read moreI come to this location almost every day, but today's experience was beyond disappointing. The person who took my order was rude and unprofessional from the start. I paid with my card and selected no when prompted for a tip. When I pulled up to the window, the staff acted completely confused — asking if I had paid and who took my order. The guy who took it claimed he did, but then told them I hadn’t paid, even though I had. No one communicated with us directly, and he didn’t even bother to clarify or ask us again. It was just awkward silence and disorganization.
Then came the drinks — and they were a joke. I ordered a Rebel with whip cream and instead got a drink with half the cup filled with whip and the rest was barely even the Rebel I asked for. It tasted watered down and completely off. The second drink I ordered with extra whip had barely any at all. I even took photos to show how poorly made everything was.

Read moreThis is seriously the worst Dutch. Every time my family and I go here, they ALWAYS make my drink wrong! I'm a simple gal. I get an iced Golden Eagle. The first time I ordered from this location they messed my drink up, so I tried to explain to the workers that my drink was wrong and they just looked at me like I was stupid. It happened a second time, so after that I made the decision just not to get anything when we stopped at this location. Tonight I decided to give them another shot... Well, I ended up with some chocolate milk of sorts.. Kinda tastes like a Carmalizer, but with a lot of milk. It kinda tastes sugar free-ish. Unfortunately, I tasted it as my husband was pulling away from the drive-thru, and we were running late, so here I sit with mystery drink. Not that it matters because they wouldn't be able to fix it anyway. I've ordered this same drink from numerous locations, and I have NEVER had a problem!
