For my son's wedding day. I had Pearl as my stylist. I was supposed to get highlights in my hair and it came out looking totally brassy. I couldn't even tell I had highlights. My professional makeup job made me look like a serial killer clown. I wanted a tear all my pictures apart matter fact I wish I could get a refund. I was told around $150and for professional updo and makeup previously. It turned out to be around $375 when I went up to pay. No updo I had curls only. I am so lividly pissed off it's not even funny. No thanks Ulta and Pearl for ruining my son's wedding day having to look at myself like that. I did not have time to wipe it all off since it took 1015am to 3pm which was started an hour late. I could not cry more in my life . Don't go to Ulta you'd be better off going to Supercuts, having a 4 yr old do it or doing it yourself. You have selected products that you do offer your customers and wanted to go into the store to see if Someone in your customer service department or cashier department would assist me. I was given a glare of Confusion and was told to look online and select the products myself. I was a little startled that they didn’t know what HSA account was and how customers could use that account in your store. Online HSA promotions if you’re customer service attendance in the store, don’t even know what that is and won’t even help customers utilize our HSA accounts. And she didnt even bother to help me she just told me I should've gotten something on my email.
