We LOVE this indoor action park. We went yesterday (Monday afternoon) for the first time and were very impressed! It wasn't very busy since it was the middle of a weekday and some kids have started school already, but there were enough that my daughter was able to make a few friends. It is extremely clean and the staff was constantly on the move, cleaning (the floor, slides, mats, everywhere-they were very aware of what had just been used and could use a wipe down). The staff (who wear ref uniforms to easily stand out) was plentiful and they all interacted really well with the kids. Everyone was really friendly. Bathrooms were clean, too. Normally my daughter doesn't go to action parks alone, she will only go if we take a friend. However, she went solo and had a great time! I was able to sit and work while I watched her. We may have her birthday party there in a few months, because it looks like they have tables for parties upstairs and it would be a great option! We decided to purchase a monthly unlimited membership for $30/month because we plan to frequent this park often. The only two critiques I have (and they're not even that big) are that the music is realllly loud. The speakers seem like they're not right for that size of building, but I also have sensitive ears. I just put wadded up napkins in as ear plugs and it was fine. Take either ear buds or ear plugs if you have sensitive ears. And also, there could be some added tables because (hopefully!) it will get busier and it doesn't seem like there's enough seating for parents. But those two things are definitely small in comparison to the fun that my daughter (and all the other kids breaking a sweat!) had. I'm really glad Ninja Kidz Action Park moved into our neighborhood! Read moreI’m pissed! This place has messed up my payments twice now. First, my uncle paid for a membership for two kids and the funds magically get losses and no membership in the system so I take my kids again (thinking they have a membership because it was paid) and there’s nothing in the system (says mngr or owner) just the waivers. So I pay again and set up membership. I then called at the end of the month to see about pausing or canceling and the guy I spoke with put me on hold and assured me my membership was canceled but could be used until a certain date because it was paid up until then. Well I just tried to pay a bill and had insufficient funds because YOUR company hit my account for 2 memberships. So I call and I’m on hold as we speak and they guy tells me that’s not possible to cancel on the phone that you must go online. If that is the case then why wouldn’t the prior employee tell me that instead of acting like he canceled it and explaining a whole run down. He told me he was the manager that day etc etc. I have call logs with dates and times. What’s really going on here?! I was going to have both my kids birthdays here but now I’m pissed because either your staff if pocketing money or your scamming ppl and not providing correct information. If that’s the case why didn’t this manager just tell me I had to cancel online instead of faking the whole cancellation. Ignorance at its finest
Update… I’m calling to get clarification of this and am told there’s no one I can speak to unless I want to hold for a very long time, it’s going on 26min on hold . ?! Are you kidding...

First & forement the manager Sidney help get our party package setup. She made it extremely seemless & even took into consideration the budget we had in mind. She was a rockstar answer all of my 101 questions and aliviating the anxiety that comes with party planning! She was completely patient and kind throughout the whole setup. Even on the day of, while having a party of her own to attend she took the time to help and check in.
Next, the over the phone check in with Harleigh was freaking amazing as well. She was really nice and supportive when i wanted to upgrade the package & ask additional information (because even i know the answer my anxiety wont let me live it down) she was really encouraging and made me welcome.
Last but not least, my hostess ! Please give her an additional bonus. She was PHENOMENAL. She was 10/10 attentive, nice, welcoming, funny, always checking in, & even HELPED taking presents to the car. There were even moments when she asked how I was doing.
Truly in awe of the staff there. The ambiance was busy but great and not at all in an overwhelming manner. It was clean and the staff were on quick rotations of cleanup. With all the constant partys you think there'd be an uproar but no. Everyone one was diligently on point. There was never a time when i felt our party was forgotten about or errors made. EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT !!!!!!!!!!!
